At the front of the property sits a sunny seating area, elevated and enjoying views over the town. Rest your weary feet after a ramble along the coast paths with your furry friend while sipping on a cold drink. Beautiful wooden floors greet you upon entering Midships giving a rustic feel. Head into the living room where sumptuous leather sofas invite you to relax whilst watching your favourite movie on the large Smart TV. The dining room boasts a wood burner, great for the chilly winter evenings whilst you gather around the dining table for a tasty meal. The fitted kitchen has all the appliances you would need to prepare your favourite treats, ready to fuel up for another day exploring the glorious South Hams. A sunny, enclosed courtyard is accessed from the kitchen, perfect for starting the day slowly whilst you sip on your morning coffee. Upstairs are three great size bedrooms, all with high quality mattresses and bedding to ensure a great night’s sleep when the wonderful day comes to a close. The master bedroom has a bay window giving great views over the rooftops down to the town, and boasts a super kingsize bed and en-suite facilities. If a soak in the bath is your idea of pampering this can be found in the bunk bedroom. A further bedroom with zip and link twin beds which can be arranged as super kingsize bed is also on the first floor.
