The ancient and private building (recently completely renovated) is STRATEGICALLY situated just a few steps far away the "Roman Forum" and "Colosseum" park/museum. This property is located quite INSIDE the very Heart of the 'Old' Historical Centre ('Monti' district / "Rione #1") .
In the same street, there is also a SUBWAY/METRO stop. It could be also useful to reach the FCO airport.
The neighbourhood is charming and truly characteristic; the narrow streets (typical of Old Historical centre) are filled with local shops, groceries, bakeries, artesans, wine bars and lots of restaurants. Perfect if you want to feel like you live there !
Then, "as a starter", before the arrival, I will send my personal list of suggestions for local restaurants, food markets, coffees, bars and more.

The whole building (private) consists of #4 studio-apartments only, all decorated and furnished with impeccable taste and charm and all equipped with all comforts. Wood ceilings, "full wood" made furnitures (custom hand made), flat TV, double glass windows, refined pictures and "cotto" or "parquet" flooring complete the interior design.
The private building, upon restoring, was parted into #4 independent open space studio-apartments. Each studio-apartment is now provided with ensuite bathroom and well equipped kitchen corner, A/C (new ecofriendly inverter machines) and flat TV.

COMFORTS: private Terrace (equipped with table/chairs, recliner arm chair, sun unbrella, gas BBQ with additional side burner), wood ceilings, wood parquet flooring, independent heating /AC, hair dryer, flat Tv, Satellite, orthopedic mattress, well equipped kitchen corner, linens & towels, double glass windows and refined pictures (hand made/original) complete the interior design.
Laundry facilities are located a few steps far away the property.

Rentals longer than 30 days, by the italian Law, must be formally registered within #30 days since the rental starts. This formal lease document will be earlier provided to the tenant and has to be agreed and signed before key's collection.

Specifically, the total rental amount is also inclusive of:

■ A basic "welcome pack" (I hope this could be useful on your arrival day) that includes hand & shower-bath soap, toilet paper, dish soap.

■ Linens & towels (1 set)

Alessio was so professional and always responsive with communication. The location is ideal for the Colesium and all main attractions. The best pizza in Rome is directly down stairs from the apartment. The apartments best feature is the patio, after a long day of walking there was nothing better than sitting in the sun with a glass of vino. The only complaint is how tiny the bathroom/shower, everything else was perfect.

Lovey stay in Rome.

Apartment was really nice. Alessio was awesome in showing us around the neighbourhood and giving us tips about the area - grocery store, breakfast and dinner recommendations. We really appreciated his insights. Apartment was cozy but had everything we needed including a nice outdoor terrace. Location was great, less than a 10 minute walk to the Coliseum and a couple minutes to the metro. Lots of great restaurants around.

Wonderful, centrally located apartment

The apartment is mere blocks from the coliseum and the Roman Forum, and just down the street from Termini, the main train station in Rome, which was very convenient for my day trip to Florence, and to get to and from the airport. There are excellent restaurants in the area, including one across the street from the entrance to the apartment, which my Italian friend had recommended. The apartment itself has everything you need — the bed is firm and I had nice sleeps, the kitchen has all the essentials, a modern bathroom and shower, plus a quaint, beautiful terrace. My Italian friend said it is essential to hear the sounds of Rome in the evening, and that is what I did after coming home from sightseeing, with a glass of red wine on the terrace. The apartment itself is on the smallish side and is perfect for one person and would be fine for two people, especially if they were planning to see the sites and get out and about. Finally, the owner was very welcoming , respectful and solicitous. I arrived in Rome a bit under the weather and he was very accommodating. I would definitely stay in the apartment again the next time in Rome.

This property was recentrly restored and is STRATEGICALLY located quite INSIDE the VERY HEART of Rome Historical centre ("MONTI" district / 1st Rione). This property is situated very close to the Angelicum Pontifical University.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

All the major sites are located at VERY easy walking distance.
The 'Colosseum' and the ancient 'Roman Forum' are REALLY located LESS than #5 minutes from this property, of course, by walk :-)
A METRO/SUBWAY stop (Line 'B' - stop 'Cavour') is also in the same street. This is a easy and fast connection to/from FCO airport (as for the main train station "'Termini' ).
