Unique apartment in the heart of Campo de' Fiori area, with wonderful views on the traditional roman roofs.
The apartment comes with a bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one bathroom with a walk in shower and a wonderful spacious terrace equipped with table, seats and awning where you can enjoy a classical Italian aperitif.
The apartment has been furnished with care and attention, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The terrace is a fantastic refuge where you can read and admire the typical roofs and bell towers around.
The stay was amazing and comfortable and host was very responsive! Only thing I would recommend is lights in the hallways leading up to the apartment!! Very dark so could be a hazard but everything else was perfect
Had a great time in Rome and this property was in a perfect location. Easy to get anywhere, short walks to public transportation, lots of restaurants close by, and the piazza was bustling day and night!! Would definitely stay here again.
Location was great - we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was clean, and Leonardo and Maria were great hosts, answering questions and responding to emails. Felt like we had a home in the middle of Rome! Would highly recommend.
Ideal location on an ancient street, very quiet yet close to many sites, shops, restaurants, and public transit. Well-furnished; comfortable bed. The bathroom is a bit quirky, but no significant issues. We enjoyed the terrace, even in late fall. We would be very happy to stay here again.
Perfect apartment for a stay in Rome, good restaurants within walking distance, in fact we walked everywhere, from the Vatican to the Spanish Steps and everything in between. Comfortable bed, small bathroom and two sofas to relax on at the end of the day. Would stay again!
We absolutely loved this apartment! The Spanish Steps were so close we walked by them every day. Restaurants on every corner and the shopping was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again!
We absolutely loved our time in Rome and this apartment as our home base was awesome. So many restaurants and shops nearby and so many of the major attractions were very accessible. One of our best meals of the trip was at the restaurant just outside the front door. The apartment itself was clean and served us very well.
Very easy and fantastic location. This will be a recommended property to everyone we know! The balcony was great and the apartment was clean and beautiful ! Thank you for making our holiday special!
This apartment is in a great location, as we could walk to everywhere. Good restaurants and bars nearby. The stairs were not a problem for us. Air conditioning was a bonus given the heat.
I stayed for 5 nights just before the Easter weekend. The communication with the host was great, she always responded quickly to my questions. I arrived in the morning on a long flight from the US. The managing host Maria from Hometop was kind enough to send out a greeter who met me at the apartment in the morning, let me in and explained a few things. I really appreciated being able to check in early! The apartment had everything I needed and had a small little balcony overlooking the rooftops. I slept very well on the comfortable bed. The apartment is in the historic center , 2 minutes from the open air market. I was able to walk to all the sights like the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps etc. The location couldnât have been more perfect. There is a nice cafe around the corner where I bought my croissant for breakfast. It felt like a very authentic roman experience and I canât wait to go back.Thank you!
Great location in the old district. Good food and shopping nearby. There were some ants in the bathroom. Lots of steps, 3rd floor walk up, but remember, the first floor is zero.
My daughter and I had a great experience staying in this lovely apartment in a great location in Rome. We could easily walk to so many famous sites and there are great restaurants and shops all around. Great communication with the owner and easy check in when we arrived at the apartment. We recommend!
We loved the apartment and it was in an excellent location. Close to Campo de Fiori, shopping and restaurants. It was so quite at night you would never know you were in the middle of Rome. Great value for the money! Maria was quick to respond as she arranged our transport to Termini Station.
Not a very inviting entrance and then be prepared for 3+ flights of stairs. A challenge for me and annoying when there is an elevator but not not available to the renter.
The sofa bed mattress was very poor and not in good condition. Suggest the owner replaces it. Loved the terrace.
We loved tge terr
Great Central Location for Walking Anywhere in Rome
The apartment is in a great neighborhood and was very clean. Communication with Maria from HomeTop was very good. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 were lack of some basic amenities, especially considering the price we paid for our stay (stayed 3 nights but only had 1 day supply of shampoo/shower gel, 1 day of coffee pods, no sugar, paper towels, dish towel, or window covering in bathroom).
Good location with a well-equipped kitchen. Nice balcony. Only downside is the second bed - a pullout couch in the central room. Not very comfortable for a full-size adult. Hot water was slow in coming in bathroom, but there was plenty. Bedroom was nice and quiet. Three-flight walk-up not a problem without heavy luggage.
The location was excellent for exploring the sites of Rome by foot and/or taxi. Restaurants, groceries, laundry, and shopping are all within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet. Being on the top floor was a plus for us with the terrace and sky views. But the climb up and down 61 uneven stone stairs is not for everyone, especially when carrying luggage or groceries. We were fortunate to discover the light switches that were necessary to prevent the timed lights from going off when we were halfway up or down. The kitchen appliances are fine, but only the bare essentials are provided for cooking. Air conditioning works very well as we were there in high heat and humidity. We did not use the washing machine on the terrace, but did make good use of the morning sun on the terrace to dry clothes we washed in the sink. Altogether we were very pleased with the apartment.
The apartment was pretty close to online representation. Very old building and was told there was not a lift so very difficult to carry heavy luggage to the top floor at night, in the dark when tired from travel. We did see a working lift the next day in the daylight but not sure if it was a private one? There were trash cans immediately inside ground floor when you walk in so the smell was a bit overpowering. I understand why they had to be there but I wasnât expecting it. The bathroom was extremely small and only accessible by 1 person at a time. But everything worked well and after settling in we were very happy. Maria the property manager was very helpful and responsive.
So many great things! First, the apartment is lovely and very comfortable. We loved having TWO couches (much needed for naps after massive amounts of walking around the city). Kitchen was very well appointed. We loved the terrace as well. Plenty of bathroom closet space. Wifi also great. The apartment even had an umbrella, which we did need. We also appreciated the flexibility of the property manager, who allowed us to drop our suitcases off early on check-in day, since we landed early in the morning well before the 2pm check-in time; she was really responsive and gracious about that.
We're pretty fearless walkers (not afraid of a 20-30 minute talk to reach a destination), so found this apartment to be wonderfully located such that we would walk to everything -- Vatican, Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc.
The only thing to be aware of is that there are approximately three flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. It is WELL WORTH that effort, but something to be prepared for.
