The master bedroom comes with walk in wardrobe/ dressing area, en-suite bathroom & amazing views of the beach & ocean beyond. The twin bedroom has a family bathroom adjacent and is comfortably furnished including large fitted wardrobes. The living area incorporates a new comfortable sofa & chairs, smart TV with satellite & internet channel connections and wi-fi. The 2 dining tables on the roof terrace are complimented by a further one in the dining area adjacent to a modern well equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Kettle, coffee maker, hob, oven etc.
Located in the quaint coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. Part of a small development of only 36 apartments, situated right on the beach with its own swimming pools and gardens. With breathtaking views of the lagoon beaches and the Atlantic Ocean from the beach side of the apartment and mountain views including to those on Lanzarote from the land side. Sunsets from the roof terrace are second to none as the sun sinks into the Atlantic.
If the roof terrace is not enough, or a swim in the sea is not on today's agenda, the Marfolin complex has a large secure 250 sqm swimming pool (unheated) for use by guests only, with a second shallow pool adjacent, its ideal for even very young children as neither pool is too deep. Adjacent to the pool is a large gated sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers, pool showers, toilets and safety equipment and surrounding gardens leading directly to the beach.
Location:
The apartment is located on the outskirts of the traditional fishing village of El Cotillo. And yet the historic town center with its old harbour is only a 5-minute walk away, where there are some of the best Tapas and fish restaurants on the island. A fantastic French bakery is in the immediate vicinity (2 minutes’ walk), as are small cafes and eateries for all tastes and budgets. The supermarket is also 5 minutes’ walk, adjacent to small shops and boutiques which invite you to shop for local produce and gifts. Doctors, Chemist and cash machines are all very close by.
The airport is 40 minutes away by car, we recommend a hire car or our airport transfer service to your apartment door. 15 minutes’ drive takes you to Lajares Which has a cosmopolitan & hippy chique feel while keeping its Spanish charm. 10 minutes further takes you to Corralejo, the main resort in the north of Fuerteventura, with an abundance of local and international shops, restaurants and bars. Dinner followed by an hour or two wandering the old town and harbour is a favourite local past time.

Enjoy spectacular sunsets in the evening, just for you on the roof terrace or with the locals in one of the restaurants on the harbour.

Marfolin 18 has been very successfully let since 2006 with many satisfied customers coming back year after year. We also own the adjacent one bedroom Marfolin 16, smaller but just as desirable for its wonderful views and perfect location. As relatively new owners and managers of the apartments (since 2018) we have significantly improved these lovely properties and will continue to do so to ensure we continue exceed our guests expectations.
