This luxury detached villa for max. 5 persons with a magnificent view of the main boulevard is situated close to the main gate of Mazarrón Country Club.

It has a large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with French doors leading to the patio.

There are three good size bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, the third bedroom with made-to-measure bed is situated in the tower and can be accessed via an outside staircase (not suitable for small children).

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster water kettle and Senseo coffee maker.

Private swimming pool (9x4 m) and Jacuzzi for 4 persons (used only in the winter). Large tiled South-facing garden with lots of flowers and desert plants where you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long. The roofed dining area with barbecue is ideal for sitting outside with a glass of wine.

There is a log burner in the living room that makes the villa suitable for long term winter stays.
