Casa Cristal - 2 Bedroom Villa With Private Pool, Near Golf
This 2 bedroomed semi-detached villa with private pool is ideally located on the Camposol urbanisation, within walking distance of the golf course.
The property has 2 twin bedrooms, and a bright modern bathroom with bath and gas powered shower. The bedrooms have fitted heater/aircon units and the AC system is run via a pre-paid card meter system, with guests buying cards from the Resort Representative on site.
The open plan living and dining space is beautifully furnished and benefits from a wood burner, making this property ideal for winter stays.
Casa Cristal is equipped with everything guests need for a relaxing stay, including UK TV and a DVD player and a selection of DVDÂŽs. The villa also has free Wifi, making it easy to stay in touch and entertain the teens in the group.
The compact kitchen has all fitted white goods, and includes a washing machine and microwave, plus all the utensils needed for a self catering holiday. There is also a small utility terrace at the rear of the villa.Externally, the gardens and laid to gravel for easy maintenance, and there is a small pergola on the front of the property. The upper solarium is accessed via stairs, and provides the ideal place for a spot of sunbathing in private, or even a BBQ!
The villa has a private pool, play area with swings and a dining set and the owners have thoughtfully provided the following extras for family holidays and to cater for the needs of the younger visitors: travel cot, booster seat, steriliser, changing mat, baby monitor and bed guard.
The nearby Polaris World resort also offers golfers a challenging Jack Nicklaus designed course, all within a 10 minute drive.The commercial centre on Sector B is a 5 minute drive, and there is a wider choice of bars and restaurants here, along with a large supermarket and other shops.
The villa is ideal as a base for a golfing holiday, or simply to explore the area. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both within 45 minutes drive, offering museums, cathedrals, castles and more. The shopping centres of Nueva Condomina and Espacio Mediterraneo are also within easy reach for a little retail therapy.
