Apartment inside a historic building, located in the second row of the port of Santa Margherita, a few steps from the promenade and the beaches.

The apartment, which is located on the second floor with an elevator, opens onto a corridor that gives access to the many rooms it offers. At the end of it, there is the large living room furnished with a dining table, two comfortable sofas and a small balcony. The kitchen is independent and fitted with everything guests may need including an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster. Next to it, there is also a small bathroom with a bathtub.
In front of the entrance there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a wardrobe, followed on the right by the second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower. An additional bedroom with a queen size bed and a wardrobe completes the apartment.

*At guests' disposal there is a very large private garage inside a parking silos 900 meters away from the property.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.
Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.
