Apartment located on the fourth floor of a Ligurian building with lift, terrace and private parking lot, 5 minutes walking distance from the seaside in Santa Margherita.
This apartment, situated on the fourth floor of a building with lift, opens to a hallway that leads, on the right, to an eat-in independent kitchen, well-equipped and provided with a dining table, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
Walking further guests will reach the living room which comes with a dining area and furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV and with access to a balcony.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with two single beds and a wardrobe each. A full bathroom with a shower and a washing machine completes the apartment.
At guestsâ disposal there is also free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and 4 fans, heating and ironing facilities.
*A private outdoor parking lot is available to guests.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
