Villa Mara is located in a central area of the island of Elba, about 1 km from the beaches of Zuccale and Barabarca. This house is located in a panoramic position with sea view surrounded by greenery, it has a large garden equipped with deckchairs for relaxing outside and sunbathe. Being built on a cantilever, it offers the possibility to access the first floor directly from the garden. You can reach the villages of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri in only 10 minutes by car.


We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
The villa is divided into two floors.
The first floor is composed of kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, service bathroom.
The ground floor has two double bedrooms with a third extra bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The villa has a sea-view terrace equipped for dining outdoors.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 17.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed, with a cleaning fee of € 30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- use of air conditioning / heat pump: € 70 per week; € 10 per day
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
