Entering the home, you are greeted with a large open living area featuring cozy seating and a flat-screen TV. The room is spacious and bright and leads to the patio area through the double sliders. The patio area is completely screened in and showcases plenty of seating and beautiful views. The kitchen area comes fully stocked with all the amenities and cutlery you will need while on vacation. Off of the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6 comfortably.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, slider doors leading to the lanai, and master bathroom with walk in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen size bed and TV for your use. The second guest room also features a queen size bed and TV. Both guest bedrooms have easy access to the guest bathroom.

The whole house has high-speed wireless internet. Soft and comfortable towels and linens are available. Your vacation home has over 1200 sq. ft. to spread out, making this a perfect vacation home rental for your family or small group. This vacation rental is 30 minutes from most Sarasota cultural venues, and a 5 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches including Anna Maria Island, and Bradenton Beach.

Perico Bay Community requires ALL renters to complete an application for residency. The fee for the application will be included in the rental price.
