The first floor has two rooms: one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom and the other room can be used as a game/work/exercise room.

The second floor has two queen bedrooms and one bathroom. The feature on this main space of the home is the large, open living space which hosts a two-story fireplace and extending sofas.

Third floor has the master bedroom with a split king-sized bed (with dual adjustable base) and a large en suite with an oversized bathtub with a view of the lake. NO AC

This property does not come with access to private beaches, punch cards or dock access.

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

Nice property- disappointing beds.

The goods- great views, nice outdoor living space. Nice kitchen and living room. Good communication from property manager. Nice bathrooms. The bad- the "king" bed is two twin mattresses and box springs pushed together, not even king sheets. We rented this home because the listing offered a "king". Totally misleading and honestly they should give us money back. The queen beds are oversized for their rooms. There is not space to store clothes- just rolling racks. The downstairs level has a strong smell of mildew. We would not rent this house again. (First bad review I have ever left)

Good house for a summer weekend

We had a few friends and family come into town for a baby shower. The place was great for a decent size group and well stocked with many supplies. Good view of the lake and a nice deck to sit on and enjoy a drink. I would stay again.

Best Vacation Home Ever!

From the beginning, I had an excellent experience with the property manager, MG. He was attentive during our stay with any questions we may have had, responds immediately and was a great resource to some of the local attractions. The property itself had INCREDIBLE views, was nicely appointed and clean. Loved the deck and spent some significant time eating out there while overlooking the lake. Convenient and only about 45 min from RNO. We loved the community the house was located in and the updates. The master bath (with huge rain shower head and freestanding tub) was a nice respite after a busy day. The other baths were updated and spacious. We loved that the master bedroom was on a separate floor than the other bedrooms. The kitchen had anything you could need to prepare meals (pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, plenty of plates, cups, silverware, etc.). The appliances were all updated. Nice workout space. We would visit again and stay in one of his properties.

Modern, Updated, and Swanky Home

This house, located up a few hills inside the luxurious inclined village neighborhood gave our group views of the lake, deck space, and accommodations for 4+ couples, all of which are hard to come by around the lake. Everything was so clean and modern, and the place was fully stocked with items to help us prepare and cook meals, which was very easy in the large kitchen. Everybody had their own private space, nobody felt on top of each other, and the sunken living room was an awesome place to kick back after a day of snow sports. Only wish it had a hot tub as well!
