Nous avons récemment peint notre maison intérieur et l'extérieur et ajouté une rondelle nouvelle, sèche-linge, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. Les autres équipements comprennent:

Nous pensons que c’est l’un des meilleurs quartiers de Incline Village. Il est calme, à mi-hauteur, des voisins formidables, beaucoup d'intimité, l'accès facile à la ville, mais pas encore dans le milieu de l'agitation de la ville. Marchez ou en raquettes seulement trois maisons plus loin et vous vous retrouverez dans 28k acres de Toiyabe National Forest! Oui, nous avons des bêtes sauvages qui errent parfois notre quartier

Nous avons deux enfants qui ont grandi passer des étés chauds et les vacances d'hiver enneigés ici.

Wonderful home in incredible neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay so much we asked to stay another night and luckily the host Mike was able to accommodate us. We got to take advantage of the private beach facilities which were absolutely amazing and worth every penny especially since we are a family of 6 with twin babies. Tahoe is so busy these days it was amazing to find a home and beach we could enjoy and relax. I would highly recommend this home we will be trying to book it again next year.

Excellent Value in a Good Neighborhood of Incline Village

Great home for a family gathering. It's well-equipped and clean but a bit dated. It worked out well for our family with adult kids and all of our bikes and sports equipment due to the garage area being available. The stairs are steep and the only access to the living areas of the house so this may be an obstacle for some renters. The owner was very helpful to get us Incline beach access punch cards late in the summer rental season. The owner is an excellent communicator.

Grandchildren discover Lake Tahoe

We hosted our family from out- of-state including our four year old grandson and ten year old granddaughter who had never been to Lake Tahoe. The private beach and pool at Burnt Cedar Beach were wonderful. As guests we paid via a punch card each time we visited and the charges were to be deducted from our initial deposit. The house overall was well suited to a family stay, and the owner was very helpful and accommodating; unfortunately the garage door was not working on arrival and the front door keypad was difficult to use all leading to a two hour delay on arrival. Otherwise we were very happy with our six- day stay. There were bunk beds and toys for the children and the kitchen was well supplied and accessorized for home cooking as well as a deck with gas grill. We understand the house will undergo some renovation in September 2024 to update it as some minor problems were encountered due to normal wear and tear We brought our small dog and enjoyed walks in the adjoining pine forest. The neighborhood is serene and neighbors friendly and welcoming.

Location was perfect

The rooms were slightly dated, but overall a great location and space. We were skiing everyday and it was a great space to come back to at night. The homeowner was very helpful, we would definitely come back!

Great Stay! Would come back again.

We had a great time! The cabin is really high in elevation, as the owners mention, but fortunately it didn't really snow when we went and didn't have to use chains even with our 4WD. The cabin was clean and stocked for what we needed. I read in other reviews that you'll need to bring your own firewood, which we did, but the house was a very comfortable temperature (during winter) with the radiator and heaters. Lovely open floor plan. The only comment I'd have is the kitchen flooring needs to be updated.

Dream Christmas stay

Quiet and Peaceful Retreat

Cabin was fully stocked with everything needed for comfortable stay. Location was perfect to access the lake and surrounding towns. Great place to relax, read and work on art projects.

no wood there, didn't know

we couldn't adjust the temperature, even after calling the owner. we were barely warm we didn't know there would be no wood as the usual cabins I have rented had wood and this one didn't mention we needed to bring some. As the roads were very snowy, it was tough to go to a store, when we finally bought wood , it was too wet to burn...,finally on our last day we were very cozy. The cabin was clean and well equipped, nice location,the driveway was cleaned for us. Quick response from owner , would recommend the place although if winter time, bring your own wood for the chimney.

A Cozy Incline Getaway

Great cabin stay!

The cabin was exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. It was a perfect place for our family to stay and my kids enjoyed the games that were provided. The one con is that there’s no AC. They have fans in every room and that helps. But we happened to be there during a heat wave. The kids were comfortable but my husband and I were pretty toasty up in the loft.

All around wonderful!

Great location in a beautiful quiet neighborhood close to so much. Easy and quick communication with owner. Super clean! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Lovely deck to relax on in nature. Beautiful windows in living room. I would highly recommend this place! We had a great weekend with friends staying here.

Great Long Weekend Stay!

This house was a wonderful, convenient location. It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. The host was a great communicator and even provided us tips on their favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back!

As a salesperson I travel so this creates opportunity for others to share my home while I'm away. Growing up in San Francisco, I spent my summers at Russian River, Clear Lake and Santa Cruz. I don’t regret any of those experiences but Lake Tahoe, with all of the beauty and boundless activities... it can't be beat!

I enjoy snowboarding with my daughters, kayaking, swimming and even lake surfing (Sept to March – yes it is cold). I own a vizsla named Mara, a Hungarian pointer, who absolutely loves Tahoe. I am an amateur radio nut and at 7k’ elevation I seem to always have good propagation. I also enjoy shooting and use the excellent public range in Carson where my daughter and I target practice with our rifles. If I didn’t have to work for a living… I’d be busy doing stuff all day long here!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Incline Village, Lake Tahoe, is just 3 hours from Marin County or 3.5 hours from San Francisco. I can surf and snowboard in the same day!

The town offers private beaches, limited development, unlimited activities and is a perfect place for kids! I’ve been fortunate to have traveled around the world and visit some of the most beautiful places on Earth only to find that Lake Tahoe is one such place and its right in my own backyard.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

If you like sun... this is the place. We have sun nearly every day! Quiet? My neighborhood is one of the finest in Lake Tahoe and with the open, wooded lot off my deck and the large trees around the property it creates a sense of privacy. My home in the winter, with the wood burning fireplace roaring, is as cozy as it gets. I love the fact I am so centrally located.
