Relax, rejuvenate, and unplug in this one-of-a-kind sculpture home right in the heart of La Selva Beach.  The residence is ideal for enjoying the sun, the sea, and the fresh air.  Just 1 block to the cliff and then 300 yards to the private beach access.  The 1 bedroom, 1 bath pied-a-terre underwent a recent renovation that reinforces the Hip and Sensual feel of the era in which it was built.

Step inside and be transported to another dimension with an interior beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and rustic elements.  The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or to keep it simple.  The dining area provides a cozy setting to enjoy your overlooking the lush landscaping.

Surrounded by immaculate gardens, find a spacious patio area with a BBQ grill and plenty of seating, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The patio offers breathtaking views of the sunsets.

***Please note: Gardeners are scheduled for yard clean up every other Monday at 4 P.M. It is scheduled every first Monday of the month and third Monday of the month.

Please refer to our packing list as we do not provide beach toys or beach accessories.  Please bring your choice of kitchen items such as spice, foil, saran wrap, zip locks, or laundry detergent, you will need to bring these items with you to the rental.
