Surfer ou pĂȘcher quelqu'un? Apportez ensuite votre planche et votre bĂąton! La plage de Manressa est rĂ©putĂ©e pour les meilleures vagues de toute la pĂ©ninsule de Monterey. C'est Ă©galement l'un des sites de pĂȘche les plus populaires. Ou faites une promenade romantique le long de la plage et ramassez des coquillages et des dollars de sable!

Nous AIMONS nos voisins, respectez-les et calmez-vous Ă  22 heures. Bien sĂ»r, aucun Ă©vĂ©nement ou rassemblement d'aucune sorte n'est autorisĂ© Ă  aucun moment. La Selva Beach est un petit village pittoresque et calme dont vous tomberez instantanément amoureux! Il est situé au centre pour profiter de nombreuses activités familiales merveilleuses; qui comprennent de superbes terrains de golf, la promenade de Santa Cruz Beach, l'aquarium de Monterey Bay, le shopping à Santa Cruz, Roaring Camp, Aptos, Capitola ou Monterey et bien d'autres. Sans parler des nombreux, merveilleux restaurants et vignobles locaux!

La maison de plage est 2000+ qui comprend des planchers de bois franc d'origine tout au long du rez-de-chaussée; 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complÚtes; cuisine entiÚrement équipée; salle à manger et salon; 2 ponts à l'avant avec cour fermée. N'hésitez pas à vous baigner en plein air dans la douche extérieure chaude / froide située à cÎté du garage. Nous acceptons les animaux de compagnie tant qu'ils sont formés et bien élevés!

La chambre 1 (voir photo) comprend un lit queen-size, un canapé, une télévision par satellite et une vue sur l'océan. Porte française mÚne à l'arriÚre-cour fermée.

Salle de bain 1 (voir photo) avec carrelage bleu vintage, douche, baignoire séparée.

La chambre 2 (voir photo) comprend un lit double avec un lit gigogne gigogne supplĂ©mentaire, un grand bureau et des portes-fenĂȘtres menant Ă  la cour.

Salle de bain 2 comprend une douche et une porte extérieure à l'arriÚre-cour.

La chambre 3 (voir photo) est Ă  l'Ă©tage avec un plafond avec poutres apparentes, un lit queen, un grand espace au sol pour accueillir un lit queen size Aerobed qui est fourni dans le placard Ă  l'Ă©tage. Cette chambre a de nombreuses fenĂȘtres et un ensemble de portes-fenĂȘtres sur le pont oĂč vous pourrez profiter des vues spectaculaires sur l'ocĂ©an. Laissez la porte du pont ouverte pour sentir la brise de l'ocĂ©an et entendre les vagues se briser.

La salle à manger (voir photo) peut accueillir 12 personnes avec un éclairage à gradateur aérien. Les portes françaises mÚnent à une terrasse avec vue sur l'océan et table extérieure.

La cuisine (voir photo) est entiÚrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers et des ustensiles de cuisine, y compris le gaz Bertazzoni, une cuisiniÚre à 6 brûleurs et une plaque chauffante avec four double. Vue sur l'océan depuis le double évier de la cuisine.

Le salon dispose d'une cheminĂ©e en pierre rustique oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre tout en regardant la tĂ©lĂ©vision, en Ă©coutant vos morceaux de radio prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s ou tout simplement en admirant les belles vues sur le Pacifique. Le canapĂ©-lit peut accueillir 2 personnes supplĂ©mentaires.

Apportez juste vos maillots de bain / serviettes de plage, articles de toilette et nourriture! Certains jouets de plage sont disponibles. Les serviettes de bain et les draps sont fournis. Désolé, pas de téléphone. Apportez votre téléphone portable en cas d'urgence. Le WiFi est disponible pour une utilisation avec vos propres appareils.

The property is dated but knew ahead, after the remodel this place will be great!! The location is ideal and La Selva Beach is a great place to visit. We messaged the owner asking about a door and unfortunately didn’t hear back during our stay. But would recommend this property

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay at this incredible beach house so much. It was the perfect spot for a weekend at the beach. Even the dog gives it a 2 paws up! There isn’t much that’s in the area but it’s not a far drive to get to great spots.

Comfortable, peaceful get-away

Great quiet get-away within walking distance to the beach. It is a large comfortable home. Clearly, this was once a family home that is now set up for relaxing and hanging out with your own family. The house has great bones and is nicely furnished and laid out for easy living. The longer you are there, the better this rental gets! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals at the house and there are plenty of grocery stores a short 10 minute drive away. The ocean views from the living room and decks are a highlight. We’d return in a heartbeat! Thank you to our host!

Older home with charm and views for miles.

Upstairs room was quite a few stairs. Walk to the beach was ok going down but my back and knees didn’t make it up, husband gave me a ride. Love the house, location, views.

We had a great time with our 6 grandchildren and adult kids! Beautiful view of the ocean and a short walk to a really nice private beach. Close enough to a grocery store, but not too close to lots of commercial activity, which I like! I think sometimes it's hard to get away from the hustle and bustle of all the people the beach attracts. This place fits the bill.

Great view

Great view from the expansive front windows, although you might feel like you're in a fish bowl at times. The house is well equipped and a store within walking distance if you some small littles. Wish the bedroom upstairs had a bathroom or at least a toilet room. The bathrooms on the ground are a little dated but functionable. It is a great location if you like to venture into Santa Cruz and relax on the bluffs in La Selva Beach.

Small 3 generation family together. Incredible Ocean View from family room, kitchen and upstairs bedroom (with outside deck). Wood burning fireplace. It was so much better than anticipated. It poured rain and hale then it was vivid blue skies each day. It was perfect. Very well equipped kitchen and great linens. Enclosed, secure back yard for dogs or children.

Fabulous Family long Weekend

We had such a great experience at this adorable La Selva Beach house. The rooms were all clean and nicely appointed as well as those two HUGE bathrooms! Felt like we were in Italy with all that tile! This place was large enough that our group of 7 adults and a feverish baby could all enjoy our time together. Speaking of the bathrooms, a few light bulbs would brighten up the shower area as there are a few burnt out bulbs. Our son's dog was super thrilled to have a spot of her own as well as THE BEACH! The beach was terrific! We had two days of sunshine and a few days of wind and clouds but was still able to make our time spent together meaningful. Thank you for letting us have great memories at your blue stove home!

Beautiful coastal view

This place was way better then I expected and a great price for the location! The views of the ocean and the surrounding coastal areas were beautiful! Way better then the photos show on vrbo. The area is very quiet and pet friendly from the beach to the park across the street. Which was great for us! La selva beach was a huge beach and its a short walking distance away. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. They had all the appliances and kitchen utensils that you need. I read that someone posted that the upstairs room gets warm and it does when you have the heater going. I recommend just open the patio door while your sleeping, you can get that coastal breeze and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. The owner Tiffany and the rental management were great to us and helped us with anything we needed! We can't wait to come back maybe this summer!

Great find, right on the beach!

I found this property for a trip I planned for the family. It was absolutely delightful! The only reason why I didn't give it a full 5 star rating was the listing said "pet friendly," and then about 2 week before our check in, we were told the dogs had to stay off the furniture and could not go upstairs. Not having any idea of the layout, this stressed me out and I wished I had known the pet rules before paying for the rental. In hindsight, it is actually not as limiting as I thought it would be. The upstairs is just 1 bedroom, and easy to keep your pets on the downstairs level. And the owners are just trying to keep their house in good condition. :) The rooms were all VERY clean and I just felt like we were in a cute cottage! We arrived at night so we were pleasantly surprised when we woke up and saw the gorgeous views of the ocean! It was spectacular! We walked along the beach every month. I highly recommend this property!

La Selva is a beautiful welcoming community. This house is in a prime location with beach views and easy access along with a park to walk the dogs or just take in the ocean a few yards away. The house is cozy, vintage and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at a cozy house with great ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and upper bedroom, as well as a lovely front porch! Open space across the street with a walking path to get a closer ocean view with benches to take it in! Family of adults really enjoyed our stay!

Birthday weekend in LaSelva

We found this property to be a mixed bag of pros and cons. The property does look out right across the street to the Bluff and ocean. The bluff is a great place for the kids to play although it does get a lot of foot traffic from people that want to come look at the ocean and or the beautiful sunsets.. There are a lot of cars that also pull up along the curb of the park/Bluff that looked a little “shady”, ie: teenagers pulled up and got out of their car to smoke some weed. You could smell it. No big deal to us, but to others it might be problematic. The house is old and somewhat very quaint. It is decorated with a beach vibe that we loved. The bedrooms were very comfortable as was the living area. The kitchen has a really cool stove and well stocked with everything you could need to do your own cooking. I will say that I wish their Housekeepers Did a better job of making sure the cookware was clean as we had to rewash many items because they were put away very greasy. The bathrooms were the worst as far as being super old-the showers super small and the water pressure very low. We really enjoyed our time there in spite of these issues. The house is comfortable enough. The beach is an easy walk down a path to Manresa Beach parking lot. This property shows the love of family that have owned it for many years. Imo, it is desperately in need of bathroom and window upgrades. I also think that someone should be checking on the cleaning crew to be sure they’re doing a good job.

This beach house has been in our family for over 30 years. It was originally purchased by our father. We had many family gatherings over the years and made many beautiful memories. Our father spent most his time here making improvements such as new windows, tiling one of the bathrooms and rebuilding the fireplace, complete with a mantel made from one of the old, wooden bleachers from the stadium at Stanford. He was Stanford’s quarterback back in the early 70's (Rose Bowl MVP!) and later became the team doctor as well as an orthopedic surgeon. Our father passed away unexpectedly in 2002. The house was then passed down to our kids - leaving an amazing place for his grandchildren to create more memories. To help with maintenance costs and to potentially help secure their futures, we decided to open it up to vacationers to allow us to keep the home and continue to go there with our families. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
