L'étage principal dispose de deux chambres avec vue sur l'océan qui sont parfaites pour profiter des sites, des sons et des odeurs de la plage. Une salle de bain partagée est accessible depuis les deux chambres - entièrement équipée avec un ensemble douche et baignoire, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées.
En descendant les escaliers, l'océan rencontre l'œil depuis les fenêtres du salon. Tous les repas peuvent être appréciés à la grande table à manger, située en face de l'une des grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la plage. Surveillez les loutres ou les dauphins, car ils visitent régulièrement la plage de la Place De Mer!

Pour plus de commodité, il y a une cuisine complète, avec un four à micro-ondes, un four à convection, une cuisinière / four et un lave-vaisselle. Un foyer au gaz, un lecteur CD / cassette et une baignoire se trouvent également à ce niveau.

Sortez sur le pont et profitez de la brise chaude de l'océan ou utilisez le barbecue à gaz pour profiter de votre dîner, en regardant le soleil se fondre sur l'eau et les vagues vous bercer de détente.

Le Clam Hut est également équipé d'une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD.

Spring Break with family

It was a nice place. The condo had all the essentials. Fireplace was a great addition given the cool mornings! Overall it was a good trip!

My family and I enjoyed our stay by the beach. It was great barbequing on the balcony and watching the sunset. The view was spectacular, and we would come back again.

Fun at the beach

We had a great time, enjoy the resort will return again next year. The pictures posted on the internet are a little misleading, you have to go down some stairs to get to the beach. I would recommend this location the clam hut to anyone

Clam review

We had a wonderful vacation here. Place was clean and maintained. Carpet should be replaced . People should be aware that there is no beach access from condo itself. There is a staircase and gate on each side. Ocean views were fantastic. Would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed the place and the stay

absolutely right on the beach, uncrowded and peaceful. Occasional surfers and beach strollers and that's about it. The unit was perfect for us, both bedrooms front on the ocean, which is rare. Kitchen nicely equipped, overall very nice location and unit, I highly recommend.

Fall Break Vacation

We took daughter and grandkids to the beach for their fall break from school in the Denver, CO area. We have stayed there before. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for 4 nights. Had a great time at the beach but wish we had direct access rather than using the community stairs.

Short getaway

We stayed there for a couple of days. Great views of the ocean. Clean and well appointed rooms. Oven didn't work though. Also not enough amenities.

Great place; smaller than the pictures let on…

Great location, although the photos make it seems like it’s closer to the beach (there’s quite a trek down a long flight of stairs to reach the beach). The place could have used a little more cleaning before we arrived, but it wasn’t terrible. The kitchen could use an update. Definitely a place to make memories in.

Beautiful beachfront place in quiet La Selva Beach.

Location is amazing for relaxing getaway in Monterey Bay. 15 min into Capitola or Watsonville. Windows look out on to the beach, and sunsets in the evening are jaw dropping. Check-in and -out process requires a trip into Capitola, which is fine but could really just be solved with a lockbox on the door of the place.

The listing is accurate for the townhouse. Great beach, with lots of sand dollars. Neighbors are a little inquisitive but overall friendly. My only concern, was with the large number of off leash dogs.

Exterior Amazing

The view is amazing. We had a variety of weather and viewing whales everyday from the condo and beach. What a gift. The interior of the condo needs a great deal of improvement. We had the privilege of knowing the gentleman who owned the condo many, many years ago when we rented the condo next to his for over thirty years.

Amazing views

We have stayed in a few different condos on Oceanview Dr before but this was first time in this unit. The decor and furnishings are outdated and a bit drab (barely any color), but it was clean and comfortable. That wasn't a big deal for us as main reason for staying here is the view - you can't beat this location! View of the ocean from each room plus short walk down to the beach. Another reason we picked this place was to have full kitchen so could stay in for our meals. The stove is a little small but it worked for what we needed. We would stay here again...and just one minor recommendation would be to add a bath mat to the shower/tub combo in shared bathroom by the 2 bedrooms. The first day I almost fell from it being so slippery!

Nice place to stay...

I was pleased with the overall booking. Beautiful views, loud surf right outside, semi-private beach. I wish I'd paid better attention to the details though. This is a 2 story accommodation and I guess I didn't read the description well enough to catch that. That's on me though. The only real issue I had though was the mattress was a little too firm. Ended up sleeping on the couch instead. I probably won't be back, only because I don't do well with stairs. I highly recommend this for others without that limitation though.

Great Place on the Beach

The Clam Hut was all we expected right on the beach. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, and cook ware. However, we had three adults and two children so someone had to sleep on the hide-a-bed which turned out to be very uncomfortable even for our 9 year old grand daughter. See ended up sleeping on the couch instead. Another drawback was beach access. We have stayed in other units in this complex with beach access directly from the unit via a stairway off the deck or via the lower (third) level. This unit provided neither, so we had to access the beach via the parking lot and a common stairway. Although inconvenient, this didn't distract from our enjoyment of the beach. The grandkids really enjoyed the beach and we would return.

Beautiful View

Loud Waves Crashing, Beach Chairs Available!! Plenty of hot water for a family of 4. Quiet neighborhood, laundry options were perfect. Plenty of sea shells for the hunter and gatherers. lots of stairs and lots of walking which we surely enjoyed. What would of been helpful comfier beds (extra pillow top of sorts would of been nice) Nothing available to wash our sandy feet before coming in the house (would of liked a hose of some sort) No recycle option (everything went into one bin) The carpet was in horrible shape - you did not feel comfortable sitting on the floor or taking your shoes off, pot holders of some sort would of been nice to help with cooking, a tea kettle would of helped to boil water for tea, a few more plug options instead there were multiple plugs hanging out from single outlets, downstairs bathroom shower fan did not work and set the smoke alarm off when taking a hot shower.

Amazing getaway

I’ve stayed here several times now and it’s a fantastic getaway. The location of the property is right on the beach and the views are amazing from the patio. Access to the beach is right out the front door. Definitely recommend and will return!
