Summary:
Welcome! Our side-by-side duplex has two units per building and has a total of 6 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, and can sleep 22! Each downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and the upstairs units have 1 bedroom. Centrally located and close to everything Pensacola has to offer. This fully furnish rental is less than 2 miles from downtown and just a short drive to the Pensacola International Airport, Naval Air Station Pensacola, and Pensacola Beach! In-unit laundry, free WiFi, and pet friendly with a fee. We would love to host you!
The Space:
Unit A: Guests will be staying in the lower unit and will enter through the back door nearest the parking pad using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will enter into the fully-equipped kitchen and dining room. Through this space is the living room. This room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two arm chairs, and a large SmartTV.
This unit has two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a full-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 full-size beds. The full bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms, it has a shower tub combination.

Unit B: Guests will enter though the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will enter a hallway with stairs leading you up to Unit B. Upon entering Unit B, the bedroom will be to your right and the living room and dining room will be straight ahead. In the living room you will find two futons, two arm chairs, and a large SmartTV! Through the living room is the fully furnish kitchen with large farm table. We provide all major appliances, cookware, and dinnerware! There is also a charming little patio right off the kitchen with a bistro table and chairs!
The bedroom is spacious and features a king bed. The unit has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Also included in in-unit washer and dryer!
****Please note this is an upstairs unit in a side-by-side duplex. You will have full and private access to your unit. The interior stairway leading to your unit is used for storage. Occasionally our cleaning and maintenance teams will access this hallway, but never your locked unit.****
Unit C: Guests will enter though the front door using a digital keypad. Upon entering Unit C, the living room and dining area will be straight ahead. In the living room you will find a couch with a queen sofa bed, and a large SmartTV! Through the living room is the furnished kitchen. We provide all major appliances except a dishwasher. We also provide cookware and dinnerware! The first bedroom is spacious and features a king bed. The second spacious bedroom also includes a full bed. The unit has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Also included in in-unit washer and dryer!

Unit D: Guests will climb the exterior stairs to get to the unit and enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will be welcomed in to the open concept living space. The living is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, arm chair, and large SmartTV. The space flows right into the fully-equipped kitchen and the dining room.
This apartment offers one private king-sized bedroom and one full bathroom.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
Please note these are upstairs and downstairs units in a side-by-side duplex. You will have full and private access to your unit. The interior stairway leading to Unit B is used for storage. Occasionally our cleaning and maintenance teams will access this hallway, but never your locked unit. There is 1 assigned parking spot/unit on the shared parking pad, street parking is available.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
