The space
This modern & spacious townhome has 3 floors. It has its own private front entrance. Fibre-optic high-speed internet throughout the property, perfect for working, studying, and streaming.

Located on the 2nd level is the kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and office area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials (pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, bowls, salt/pepper/oil/vinegar) microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, and stove.

The living room has 2 comfortable couches; enough space for all guests to enjoy a movie on our 55" 4K Smart TV or play a fun board game (we have an array to choose from). You will have access to signed in guest accounts from the following streaming services: Disney+, Netflix, Apple TV+ and Amazon Prime.

Located on the 3rd level are all 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress perfect for a great night’s sleep. It also features a walk-in closet (with an iron/ironing board) and a dresser with enough space for you to unpack and feel at home. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower.

The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and their own respective closets.

The bathroom has a bathtub and is fully equipped with towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.

Located in the 1st floor is a washer and dryer that is included for all guests to use at no extra charge. Additionally there is a bathroom on this floor.

The backyard can also be accessed by all guests.

The home has a 1 car parking spot on the driveway. If guests need more than 1 parking spot there is a free parking lot at first come ,first serve basis. Additionally, the city of Brampton will issue a free temporary street parking pass if required.

High ceilings and modern finishes throughout make this unit feel spacious and bright.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all 3 levels of the townhome. They will also have access to the backyard and laundry facilities located on the 1st floor. Guests will have access to 1 parking spot located on the driveway of the property.
The unit is equipped with a digital keypad allowing for self-check-in at any given time.

*Please note: guests will not have access to the garage and basement
Other things to note
As a courteous host, we allow guests in our home as long as they respect and follow the house rules. Please keep noise down after 10pm.

We do not allow parties, gatherings, events, or anything else similar.
