The Space:
With exceptional interior design and beautiful combination of elements, this beautiful home is inviting in all the terms and tailored to make you feel right at home.

The spacious gorgeous living room will certainly help you to relax with its large comfy couch & big wall mounted flat screen TV. Watch your favorite movie while relaxing and resting your aching feet on plush carpet. For extra seating, there are two more armchairs close to the couch. This space has lovely décor aesthetics, a chic coffee table that nests, and an elegant pendant light that adds elegance and peace. Floor to ceiling windows in the apartment allow a lot of natural light to come in, giving the space a dynamic appearance. With its quick WiFi, you won't even miss anything.

The inviting dining space offers a stylish round marble table and six upholstered dining chairs for comfortable seating, where you can enjoy a scrumptious meal with your loved ones. Large wall art and an elegant pendant light that hangs from the ceiling over the dining area add character to the area. Whip up some food if you fancy cooking or simply brew a simple cup of coffee with the appliances provided in the fully equipped modern kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, cookware, kettle, dishwasher and more!). Three bar stools make the kitchen counter function as a breakfast bar.

You'll be amazed to notice how each bedroom is individually decorated to meet high standards as you make your way to the bedrooms. Both the bedrooms are featured with king sized bed & are fitted with comfy mattress, premium linens & soft pillows for a cramp free sleep! The room comes complete with soft rug, beautiful wall arts, stylish pendant light & bedside table with lamps. For added comfort and elegance, one of the bedrooms includes a TV and both bedrooms have a vanity space.

The ensuite bathroom comes with fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and more are provided.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to a rooftop pool, gym and parking is available on request!

We would like to inform you that the community pool will be undergoing rectification works from Tomorrow, 28-November-23. As a result, the pool will be temporarily closed until 1st December. Normal pool operations will resume from 2nd December.

***Temporary Closure of Community Pool - We would like to update the community regarding the ongoing rectification work for the communal pool. Unfortunately, the work could not be concluded within the initially specified timeframe. Consequently, the pool will remain closed until December 17, 2023. The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus 310 goes to International City, among many others.

Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Yacht Club, JBR Beach and The Walk are all a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
