Decorated in beiges and reds with dark wooden furnishings, and hand picked artwork throughout – we know you will feel at home from the moment you step through the door. The closed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare some delicious meals at home which you can enjoy at the formal dining table under the dazzling chandelier. The apartment has two living areas both with luxurious oversized sofas for you and your family to relax upon after enjoying your meals together. The first living area is integrated in the dining space, showcasing floor to ceiling windows making this room feel light and airy, boating the spectacular views. The second living area is separate and has a big screen TV, small desk in case work beckons and opens onto the large balcony – why not watch the sun set over the glistening waters and plan your next Dubai adventure? The three oversized bedrooms feature queen beds all fitted with Key Views signature linen which are so soft and cosy we know you will wake up feeling refreshed. Two of the bedrooms have a private balcony, ample wardrobe space and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk in closet with massive en suite featuring a large bathtub and steam shower. All bathrooms have Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities leaving you feeling refreshed all day.
The building also features a swimming pool, gymnasium and secure on site parking.
The Dubai Tram is at the end of the street which connects you to JBR and other parts of the Marina and the Metro station is a 15 minute walk away which connects you to all of Dubai.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

The Dubai Marina is One of Dubai’s most exclusive neighbourhoods. This beautiful man made marvel opened in 2003. The Dubai Marina runs along 3km of the most picturesque and pristine sands that face the Arabian Gulf. As you walk or cycle down the Dubai Marina, the evening lights will mesmerize you, as you settle down at one of the many amazing restaurants or a drink at a cosmopolitan canal side coffee bar.

The Dubai Marina Walk has plenty to do with a beautiful beachfront paved walkway with over 300 outlets and more than 70 restaurants to keep you entertained and active.

Lining the main waterway are broad boulevards ideal for a scenic walk or invigorating jog. Make a loop along the coast, past the Dubai marina spotting superyachts berthed at Dubai’s International Marine Club

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
