The large waterfront and palm trees will help you relax as soon as you arrive. Inside there is a small pool table, large TV and plenty of games for kids to enjoy. The double bunk bedroom has another TV complete with beanbags, board games, books, and kids toys.

There are three air conditioning units in the home to keep you cool in summer. The home is a wonderful value for families to relax and it’s filled with board games, books, high-speed wifi, and a smart flat-screen TV. The outside patio area has a BBQ as well as an outdoor table perfect for watching the kids in the pool and overlooking a big wide waterfront Gold Coast canal.

Just a few hundred meters walk from the home you have a wonderful selection of modern quality restaurants such as The Journal Cafe for a great coffee and breakfast. For lunch and dinner, you can try Project Tokyo, Urban Woodfire Pizza Bar, The Lucky Bao, Saigon101, and The Easy House Chinese. You also have the convenience of Dan Murphy’s, Yuans Fresh Food Supermarket, The Gluten-Free Bakehouse, and a local News Agent all in the one place. Behind the shops, you will find a great children’s playground and open parkland ideal for family a picnic or BBQ.

Weatherly Waters is child-friendly so no need to worry about the little ones. The home, the pool, and the canal are all fully fenced to council codes. We have a porta-cot, high chair, and stroller available for your use at no additional cost.

NB: Please be aware the bunk bedding is designed for children and not suitable for adults.

A $1,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
