The kitchen is well appointed including cooking implements, dishwasher, basic condiments and a nespresso machine with pods for coffee lovers( although Bru cafe with great coffee is 20m away).
Guest access
The entire apartment is available for your private and secure use with no common walls. The security entrance is shared with 5 other apartments (who you will hardly see)
Other things to note
There is a laundry with washing machine (no dryer). However, If you prefer your clothes washed and ironed (at affordable rates) there is a laundromat within 150m as well.

With a convenience store within 100m across the road and Woolworths supermarket within a within a 10 min walk ,there is good access to any supplies and food. Also there are plenty of cafes ,restaurants and good quality take away within short walks.
