Cozy stay

Would highly recommend staying here! A very comfortable stay with plenty of room and a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Spacious house in great location!

This trip was all about connecting with family since we are from the TR area. The house had everything we needed and was in a perfect location as the beach was a few short blocks away. The first night we ate at a tavern (Tippy's?) less than 2 blocks away and the grocery store is less than 3 blocks away. Roger's Street museum is a must see and fresh fish is available at Suzie Q's. There were 7 adult bodies (5 adults and 2 teens) staying with us. The house is over 100 years old (which I loved) and has character. The shower upstairs is adequate for shorter people, so we all used the one downstairs and it was fine. I'd recommend one mirror be put up in the upstairs common area since the bathroom upstairs doesn't have an outlet. The steep stairs were a conversation piece, but never an issue - again this house is in the historical district!! The front porch is perfect for relaxing and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a family get-together in the outside patio area and appreciated the chairs supplied in the garage. The host was kind and the house was clean. Thanks for a great place to stay!

close to everything you need. Store is a couple of blocks away to purchase those items you forgot. Beach is so close that you can go multiple times a day. Home is big enough that you don't get in each others way. Fire pit and porch .. what more could you ask for!

Comfy

Nice, cozy place. Second floor restroom was tough as it had no ventilation and the show/tub was against a slant, making it difficult for adults to use. Secondly, the stairs going up to the second floor was pretty bad as the angle was steep, making it difficult and unsafe for children. The ac air was also challenging on the second floor as the vent was located outside of the 3 bedrooms. Location was nice as the river was across the street and the beach was less than 15 minute walk.
