This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse at Deer Park is sited along the banks of the Pemigewasset River in the Cascades area. Enter through a foyer area with a bench to remove your boots and hang up your coats, then step into the spacious living area, dominated by views of the river through the woods. To the right, a short hallway leads to a half bath and laundry area, while to the left is the full kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee pot. Step a little further, and you'll see the stools at the breakfast counter and the dining area to your left, while the fireplace and flat-screen TV highlight the living area on your right. A guest Netflix account is provided for the condo. Step out onto a large deck, the width of the home, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the river.
Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with AC, its own private bath and a flat-screen TV. The primary has a split-King adjustable bed, while the second has a set of pyramid bunks (with a twin on top and full on the bottom).

While here enjoy the Deer Park Club House with access to indoor pool, fitness room, tennis courts and man-made swimming pond with sandy beach.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Deer Park

Pictures make this look like the perfect place to stay. Far from it. To many things did not work ceiling fan could not use which would have sent hot air down to warm 1st floor. Master bathroom exhaust fan did not work, you were not allowed to put any heat on in bathrooms, draws in kitchen had notes on do not open broken. Fire place never cleaned out from guest b4 us. So we did not use. It's a shame that owner does'nt care enough about property to make sure all is in working condition. Would use Loon Properties again but, not here.

great location

we have stayed here in the past, love the location right on the river and look forward to staying again in the future. the unit used to have a grill on the porch, but it no longer does so I would recommend to bring your own portable grill for cooking you just have to use it a certain distance from the house!

Great vacation at Deer Park

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great if you like to tube down the cascades, bike or walk into Woodstock for a drink/ food, or explore the town of Lincoln/Loon area. The condo sleeps 5 but probably sleep more if needed, with a king bed in the master, a twin over full bunk bed with a spare mattress stored under the bunks if needed. There is a washer/dryer (bring detergent), a mud room for your wet shoes, cable/wifi throughout, and plenty of games for a rainy day. For the most part there is everything you need to cook and eat but some of the items are old such as the cutting knives in the butcher block are duller than the butter knives and the toaster should be replaced due it being a fire hazard with the bottom door that does not stay shut. The only other things of note, the deck was not clean and it was covered in dirt and clutter and no railings are in place as depicted on the photos. Also, be aware the toilets in the upper bathrooms, you need to take the lid off to fix the flappers to make them stop running several times a day. We could have called maintenance, but I did not want to have them send someone out and inconvenience both of us. Overall, it was a great stay there with the kids biking to the pond, tennis courts, or walking out the back door to float down the cascades. I would stay here again but I will question the high cleaning rate for what you get and what you have to do before departing. 4 out of 5 overall.
