This property is located in the Historic Tech Terrace neighborhood on the corner of 27th and Boston. You can quickly walk to the new Goodline Brewery, J&B Coffee, Capitol Pizza, or grab groceries at Food King. If you'd like to avoid the hassle of parking on campus, you can walk straight down Boston and be to the South edge of Texas Tech campus in 8-10 minutes.
Our property has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining, and laundry room, with a large backyard.
The living room has a brand-new couch with two accent chairs to enjoy the 65-inch smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded. You are more than welcome to log into your personal account or use the screen mirroring function on tablets and laptops, since we do not provide cable. The internet in this property is fast and you're welcome to hook up your laptop or gaming system to the TV as well.
Our spacious kitchen comes stocked with the cooking and utensil basics to cook a meal during your stay. An oven, fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, and other appliances make this kitchen a dream to cook in. The dining table sits just to the side and allows plenty of seating, which could double as a place to setup your laptop and work from home.
The first- and second-bedroom features two king beds, with brand new linens to spice up the décor in this property. Two nightstands are on each side of the beds and a closet space with hangers allows you to hide away luggage.
Upstairs in the loft, there is a twin sized sleeper sofa with new linens as well. Off to the side is a foosball table and other fun games to enjoy on your stay.
Both bathrooms are clean, fully updated, and stocked with all the toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer is stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash are provided in each of the bathrooms.
The backyard has a concrete slab and walkway with grass, guests may bring lawn chairs and such to enjoy the outdoors.
This is NOT a pet friendly home. Please make other arrangements for your furry friends. No exceptions will be made for this as the owner has terrible allergies.
A free in-unit washer and dryer is also available for guest use.
This property does have a back unit house that is common in the Tech Terrace neighborhood. You will not see or be bothered by the person living in this unit. We just want to disclose this to make sure no one is caught off guard. Everything in this property is completely separated from this back house.
Parking is available in the front of the house and there is plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. Be careful about parking on the street as the parking police are notorious for writing tickets in this area.
Everything in the house is available for guest use, with the exception of the locked cleaners closet next to the hallway.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!
Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
Flagstone Vista is located in the sought after Historic Tech Terrace Neighborhood on 27th and Boston. Located within walking distance to Goodline Brewery, J&B Coffee, Capitol Pizza, Food King Grocery, and one block from a bus stop makes this convenient to surrounding amenities. The property is located close to everything.
Other than Uber, Lubbock has City Bus Transportation. The bus stop is located on 20th and Akron. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide! Parking is available in the front of the house and there is plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. Be careful about parking on the street as the parking police are notorious for writing tickets in this area. The parking space on the East side by the rear garage is reserved for the tenant who stays in the back house.
