The home was remodeled in 2022 with a stylish interior and fun outdoor spaces. With accommodations for up to 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 3 total beds - plus an optional air mattress and/or 2 large sofas that can sleep an additional 2 people in our backyard Casita.

* Pets must remain off all furniture 

* Pets must be cleaned-up after; otherwise, there are additional fees for residue or waste is left behind
* Cleaning supplies are available on site







Please enjoy and treat this home as your own. The neighbors on each side are very nice and we want to maintain good relationships. As such, any noise complaints will not be tolerated, and we ask that all outdoors activities end by 10pm, unless continued under quiet guidelines. Violations may require eviction from the home if repeated. Absolutely zero parties with any guests are allowed. 



- Pets allowed with fee; please inquire for multiple animals or pets over 10 lbs.

- No smoking, parties, or events. Minimum $250 fee, Maximum $1000.

- Check-in is any time after 4pm and checkout by 11am

- Self-check-in with Smart Lock

- Do NOT disrespect the neighbors

- Please follow check-in and out instructions

- Do Not wash dishes in the bathroom sink

- Do Not burn candles, incense or any other open flame

- Lock the door AT ALL TIMES! We want you and your things to be safe

- No smoking, vaping or use of marijuana at anytime, anywhere on the property

- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like

- Do not have more guests that stated in your reservations, and no unapproved visitors

- No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm

- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.


FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 charge.

FEE: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 charge.

FEES: Unapproved late check-out fees: Every 30 min after 11am is an additional fee of $75.

FEES: $100 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. 


 *Quiet hours after 10pm. The home is very close to downtown Gilbert, enjoy all the fun in the open bars in the evening and please be respectful of the neighbors after hours.
