Two identical master suites, with sumptuous king size beds and luxurious bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for one or two families sharing. One suite has patio doors to the secluded pool deck, the other has patio doors to a private balcony with a stunning woodland and lake view. Relax by the pool and spa in the wonderful year round Florida sunshine, dine alfresco under the covered lanai, or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. Meanwhile our fully equipped games room will keep the more active members of the family entertained. The villa is extremely spacious and beautifully furnished to provide maximum comfort and luxury. We have free fast (90mps) WiFi and the pool has free solar heating that can be complemented by electric heating n the winter months.Useful items include free WiFi broadband, printer/scanner, free US telephone calls, Garmin Sat Nav, cable TV, Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 with games, cot, highchair, buggy, baby walker, stair gate, hairdryers in all bathrooms, plentiful supply of towels and bedlinen. Pool size is 28-by-12-by-6 feet deep. There is a huge lanai with ceiling fan and light, which provides shade if required. There is ample sunbathing space with luxurious pool furniture and also a pool bathroom and external shower. The pool/spa area is completely screened to protect from insects. All external access doors to the pool area are protected by alarms for peace of mind for those with small children. Utility Room: Includes large washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean linen and towels are included and additional sets stored in wardrobes. Pool towels are also provided,. Games room with table tennis table, foosball, mountain bikes and fishing equipment.
