The largest 1 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom floor plan the Summit offers; sleeps up to 6. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Conness building and walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD, stereo and wood stove. The master bedroom has a King bed with a TV/DVD and the loft has two sets of bunk beds. This unit offers WiFi internet access. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. This place needs a total update

Condo was in a great location. Parking was excellent. It took only five minutes to get to the Lyft. The condo itself was a different situation. It looked like it had not been updated at all since it was built. Everything was old. The mattresses were especially of poor quality and uncomfortable. It has one of the oldest televisions I have seen in years. The cables Situation is poor as well and requires calling in for help getting it to work. If I rent from this outfit again, I am going to ask for pictures of the inside.

Great location, condo needs a little love.

The condo is conveniently located near Eagle Lodge. From driveway to Eagle it's 0.4miles, a 6-8 minute walk for boarders, a little longer for skiers with the clunky boots. We actually dropped our skiers off, parked back at the condo then walked over. There are two parking spots available, one below the condo (We have a huge truck that fit), the other is a first come, first serve basis in the lot at the front of Summit. It's two flights of stairs from parking to the condo. The condo itself is a one bedroom with a loft that has 2 sets of bunk beds (great for the four teenagers we brought) and THREE full bathrooms, which was probably the best part about the condo. The condo is nice sized and fit our party of 6 comfortably. With that said, it is far from luxurious. The condo is in dire need of new carpet and a fresh coat of paint. There is a hole in the bedroom door and some simple maintenance would make a world of difference. Everything is 'old' but seems to still work. The tv is not a smart tv, so no Netflix or any other services available and the wifi appeared to be set on a timer. We did not have wifi in the mornings or during the day, but could get on in the evenings which wasn't the end of the world because we were gone most the day. Although it would not be our first choice, we would stay here again because of the location, size of condo and THREE full bathrooms. As always, Mammoth Reservations is the best gig in town! Highly recommend the management company.
