The Space:
This historic Key West "conch" home has been recently remodeled, combining modern comfort with historic charm.

Sleeping up to 8 guests, the bed layout allows for ample privacy, space and comfort:

Natural lighting floods the living space, keeping the room open and airy for a relaxing day. The included WiFi allows for the perfect work from home experience. Or, catch up on all your favorite reality TV shows by watching one of the four cable TVs with streaming apps.

The farmhouse style kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops is fully equipped and allows for plenty of cooking space. Conveniently, the door in the kitchen opens up to a private terrace with a gas grill and dining table, great for entertaining.

Headed to Key West with the intent to be outside? Relax in private hot tub after a long day, or at one of the 3 outdoor seating areas around the property to soak up the island sun.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located just a block away from world-famous Duval Street where you can find shopping, dining, and year-round entertainment and special events. Walk a half a block to a beautiful public pool with a view of the water! Visit the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory (also on Duval Street) to see over 50 butterfly species along with a number of exotic birds from around the world. Head over to Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park to explore the fort and hit the sandy beaches. As previously menyioned, the Southernmost Point is just a few short blocks away.

Getting Around:
One of the best parts of staying in Key West is how close in proximity you are to everything. Don’t feel like walking? Peddle your way to breakfast, or take a bike ride along the water at sunset. Rent your bikes or scooters from Fury or Island Bicycles who offer both pick up & drop off services to your home! Feel like you’re on island time when you rent from Minty’s where you can enjoy exploring Key West on a scooter or golf cart. In addition to these non-traditional modes of transportation, you can also Uber, Lyft or Taxi to your next destination. Pink Taxi is an easy, reliable and affordable way for getting to your rental from the airport.
