Preparing your South Padre Island escape? This condo in Solare Tower is perfect for anyone who enjoys a good view. The property is beachfront to a beautiful beach where you will enjoy plenty of activities and privacy and it’s very easy to access from the property´s beach deck. Just a few steps and you are touching the sand. SPI is a great place to visit since it has a little bit of everything and for everyone; nearby shopping, delicious restaurants, beach clubs, water parks, and the list can go on. Solare-Bahia mar is one of the largest oceanfront properties on the island where you will find activities for everybody and will always feel private and secure.

The property is perfectly located and being one of the biggest property grounds on SPI it has plenty of amenities for you to enjoy. Two very large pools with hot tubs, a great beach deck where you will love to spend time in, playground for the tots, and so much more. Another beautiful thing about this property is that everything is surrounded by a beautiful green landscape and walking trails. It’s such a complete place to stay in that you will never want to leave! It wraps you and becomes like your very own piece of paradise.

This condo was designed with an open concept so that everyone can flow in it with privacy and plenty of space to spend in it together. The views in this condo are breathtaking since the bay views is south padre are simply spectacular. Go for long walks, boat rides, bicycle rides the list goes on! South Padre has plenty of places and activities for you discover.

Enjoy all the gastronomical options the island has to offer, there so many good restaurants to choose from! We do recommend for you to visit Port Isabel (just crossing the bridge) you will find fresh prepared ceviche, crab, oysters, and other fish to take back to your condo too.
The island has great beach clubs where you can enjoy entertaining activities and great food as well. There are some great options for brunch too! If you are looking for a fun night out, the night bars always offer fun, great music and granted and entertaining evening.

For your convenience, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available.

HOUSE RULES:
•   Maximum occupancy limit: 8 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
•   No invited Guests are allowed.
•    To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•   No smoking allowed
•   Minimum age to rent is 21
•   All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•   Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
• No pets allowed
•   Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•   Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay.
•   We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Causeway run 10k

It was a lovely and clean place to stay in. The security and the facility's reliability were on point. My family had a fantastic time, with no issues, and even visiting family were treated nicely by security.

February in South Padre

The staff at this complex are really wonderful! From gate people to grounds crew. Everyone is helpful and nice. You can see the effort the grounds crew puts in to keeping everything looking nice. The buildings themselves like much of South Padre are a bit dated and tired. The pools are not heated. With temps in mid 70’s to mid 80 the kids were the only brave ones. Adults were in the jacuzzi. The beach is very clean with soft white sand. The condo itself: provided pictures on VRBO are a bit distorted to make the size of the room look bigger. The primary bedroom is large. The kids room with bunk beds and trundle is a very tight fit. The room with two queens is decent but not as large as picture lead. The living and dining are a nice size. Could use paint and more amenities in the kitchen-pizza pan, baking sheet, ect. The trim is very dusty if you want to get picky. Ice maker didn’t work on fridge. Enough bath towels were provided but not enough beach towels. Dish soap but not any laundry soap. The balcony technically overlooks the parking lot with a nice view of the bay. You can see a slice of the ocean. The building this condo is in is at the front of the resort. It is a very short walk to the ocean. Overall, would recommend.

Stay at Solare South Padre

The condo was amazing!! Very clean and nice view. We were 6 of us, 4 adults and two boys 11 and 12 yr old. They loved the bunk beds. The community had two pools with heated jacuzzi . The community also had direct access to the beach, which was amazing. I would highly recommend this condo. The only complaint I have is that the guest queen beds and pillows weren’t too great. The kids bunk beds shook a lot and felt insecure. I will definitely come back to this place.

Highly recommend

Wonderful condo. Very spacious, we had 4 adults and 2 kids in our group and were very comfortable. Very short walk to the beach. My father uses a walker and warning that there are some stairs to access the beach, otherwise it was super easy for him to get around. Very clean property, not just our unit, but the whole complex is well kempt. Two pools, one completely shaded in the afternoon was a nice break from the heat. Everything went smoothly with our stay, didn't run into any issues w/ logistics (check in/out, parking passes, etc). Overall we were very happy with this property and would definitely stay there again.

Loved the view! Would stay again.

I liked having a view of both the gulf and bay. Most of the view was the bay so sunsets were easy to enjoy. The walk to the beach is short, and grounds and pools were well kempt and clean. The building was quiet (in mid September). Had a great time.
