This spacious 100m² holiday house is within walking distance of the beach in the centre of the picturesque little medieval fishing town of Sv. Filip I Jakov on the sunny, north Dalmatian, Adriatic coast, to the south of Zadar, facing the island of Pasman. It provides comfortable accommodation for a relaxing holiday with plenty of sun, beaches and crystal clear sea.
The two-storey holiday house from the year 1965 was completely renovated in 2009 and therefore has a modern and comfortable interior and fittings, including air conditioning (cool/warm) in all rooms. It consists of a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, four bedrooms, a very modern bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The ground floor has the living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, a DVD and CD player. Right next to it there is the fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space (dining table and four chairs), a four-zone gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and plenty of crockery and cutlery. On the ground floor there are also two of the four bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 180 x 020cm. The separate guest WC on the ground floor is very convenient. Stairs lead up to the first floor with the other two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (180 x 020cm), while the other has two bunk beds comprising four beds measuring 90 x 200cm for four children. All the bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and wardrobes with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. Three of the bedrooms also have satellite TV and a DVD player. The lightly tiled bathroom on the upper floor has a spacious shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a big wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. The house has a reliable wireless Internet connection for use free of charge.
Outside there is a grill area inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors and under a starry sky. If you arrive by car, then you can use the two secure parking spaces right in front of the house. If you do not wish to travel without your pet then it is welcome here.
The holiday house is only about 100 metres from the sea and the nearest beach with crystal clear water is just 200 metres away. Right opposite the house there are a cinema and a supermarket. It is about 100 metres to the nearest cafés and restaurants, as well as a medical centre and a pharmacy.
