This beautiful, detached villa is in Kavran on the Istrian peninsula. The 1450m² site provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Importance was attached to using only typical local materials, such as natural stone and brick. This very pretty villa with a typical Mediterranean charm was created in cooperation with an architect born in Kavran. The interior of the villa also features four-star standards throughout. The villa has been decorated very tastefully and with attention to detail, in a modern Mediterranean style. The completely new interior provides all the amenities you could wish for on holiday.
There are four double bedrooms in total, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floo. They each have a box spring double bed (180 x 200cm), their own bathroom with a WC, a walk-in shower and a hairdryer, and an LED TV with satellite channels. The ground floor has a separate children’s room with a bunk bed. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room for two people if required. Air conditioning is available throughout the house. The windows are fitted with fly screens. There is a fully-equipped, big kitchen. Two toddler beds (70 x 140cm), two changing tables and two highchairs are available on request. There is a separate guest WC on the ground floor and there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside there is a big, roofed summer kitchen with a typical charcoal grill made of stone, a sink, two cooking rings and a big stone table with seating for ten people, inviting you to sit and relax. It is possible to order fresh seafood or fish from a neighbouring fisherman, for preparing on the outdoor grill or in the pan in the outdoor kitchen. Ask the owner and he will give you the contact details. The swimming pool measures 4 x 10 metres and has wide steps into it. The depth is 1.3m. The pool is cleaned twice a week by a pool service team and its water quality is checked.
The whole house has free wireless Internet access. There is a water purification system that filters all the water and removes limestone. A weekly cleaning and gardening service is available. The village of Kavran is on a hill on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula and is about 2500 metres from wild beaches, along forest paths. The Duga Uvala beach with tourist infrastructures is about 4.5km away. The villa affords a great view of Kvarner Bay and the Ucka mountains. The villa provides around 200m² of living space, plus about 80m² of roofed and open terraces, bordering an extensive garden of around 700m² with a 40m² pool. You can relax outdoors, enjoy the peace and quiet and recharge your batteries.
