Welcome to Summerdale, hosted by Simple Life Rentals. This beautiful bayside home is a blend of historic charm and modern amenities! Located on the lovely waters of Sturgeon Bay with over 80 feet of beachfront facing west to catch the sunset, you’ll find a feeling of calm the moment you step into this oasis.

This home has both a first and second floor master suite with full baths, plus two additional bedrooms and a loft. Room enough for ten people with privacy but still lovely for two. The first-floor main bedroom has water views with French doors opening to a pergola covered deck leading directly to the beach. The bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs you’ll find three additional bedrooms including a full master suite with loft and workspace. Double sinks grace the master bathroom along with a spacious walk-in shower and tub. Soak in the tub while enjoying views of the bay. The adjoining loft has two twin beds and sitting/play area. Two additional bedrooms with queen and split-king (can be converted to two XL twin beds) and a full bath complete the upstairs.

The main living area has an open concept living plan. The living area has doors to the deck and to the beach with waterfront views and the original Door County stone fireplace. On rainy days, enjoy the Smart TV, books, and games in the living room or visit lovely Sturgeon Bay just minutes away. The fully equipped modern kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, with everything you’ll need to create delicious meals. Eat indoors or outside on the spacious deck, which also has a sectional sofa and hammock to take in the views. Enjoy cocktails on the deck or around the firepit on the beach while watching the sunset on the bay.

Located just minutes away from dining, shopping, theater, and the cultural amenities of Sturgeon Bay, you have the best of both worlds. Have a front row seat to Fourth of July fireworks from the beach or watch the winter fleet arrive and depart while sitting next to the fireplace sipping your morning coffee. We cannot wait to host you at the epitome of a Door County living!

*This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Bedroom #4 (2nd level): Split King size bed (can be split into 2 twin size beds), hangers, extra pillows and blankets.
Bedroom #5 (3rd level, loft): 2 Twin size beds, hangers, extra pillows and blankets. Loft area can be accessed via Bedroom 2.

Kitchen Amenities:
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, mini-fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, blender, tea kettle, and a toaster.
A traditional drip coffee maker, a Keurig and a coffee grinder are provided.
Dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, kitchen towels, hot pads, a crockpot, grill utensils and wine glasses are also at the property.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom #1 (main level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer. Connected to bedroom 1.
Bathroom #2 (main level): Half bathroom with sink and toilet.
Bathroom #3 (2nd level): Full bathroom with soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and hair dryer. Connected to bedroom 2. *Bathtub jets are not functional
Bathroom #4 (2nd level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer.

Provided:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
• We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
• We supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
• Due to health and safety guidelines made by the health department, all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

We're just minutes away from Sunset Park, where you can enjoy picnics, scenic walks, festivals, and even more breathtaking views of the bay. And with downtown Sturgeon Bay only a 5-minute drive away, you'll have access to a variety of year-round dining options, art galleries, entertainment venues, and more.

Located just minutes from downtown Sturgeon Bay, this home is located at the end of a quiet street on the water. Nearby is Sunset Park, offering boat launch, walking paths, pickleball, tennis, basketball courts, and frisbee golf. Also nearby is Potawatomi State Park which includes hiking trails and tower. Historic downtown Sturgeon Bay includes shopping, dining, grocery stores, professional theater, movie theater, music venues, museums, brew pubs and waterfront parks.
