Step into our inviting 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms house, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort. You will be greeted by a beautifully appointed living room, designed for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into plush sofas, unwind with your favorite shows on the large screen TV, or simply enjoy the company of loved ones in this inviting space. Additionally, the living room offers direct access to the pool area, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing swim at your leisure.

Take pleasure in the culinary delights of our fully-equipped kitchen, where the breakfast window bar with 4 bar stools offers a delightful spot to savor your morning meal while soaking in the warmth of the sunlight. The masters bedroom features a plush King-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, desk, chair, luggage rack, walk-in closet, direct access to the pool area from this room, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features King-sized bed, ceiling fan, a TV, a desk, chair, luggage rack, direct patio access to the backyard area, and an ensuite bathroom. Third bedroom features 2 full-sized beds, ceiling fan, a luggage rack, a dresser and a direct patio door access to the balcony; ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.

The guest bathroom is equipped with shower/tub combination, vanity, toilet bowl, modern fixtures and fresh towels, providing a refreshing start to your day. Ensuite bathrooms are equipped with stand-up showers, vanity and toilet bowl. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The laundry room has a washer and dryer located in the enclosed area near the pool area. This home has Wi-Fi.

• No unregistered guests are allowed.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains. Claim will be made.
• Put all your trash bags in the trash bin
• Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only.
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• For safety and economical reasons, Pool will be set to a maximum of 80 degrees. **November to April, during Winter Coldest Days, Heater may not be able to reach this temperature. Refund will not be issued**
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more.
*Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 60 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
