Great property / attentive owner

We had a great time staying at this property. The owner was super attentive to the questions or requests I had. The lake was gorgeous and had a fantastic accessible kayak dock. My son caught dozens of fish. The pool was clean and nice. If the weather would have cooperated it would have been perfect!

It was a good value for the price.

It definitely needs some upgrades to be considered exceptional but location is good enough for us as it was close to work the pool was in great shape the view of the lake was nice.

Great experience house was very nice better then pics right on a beautiful lake in a nice neighborhood everything was just as it should be for a nice stay owner was great with communications and check-in and check-out wish we could have stayed longer Bob

Great Location and Cool House

We had a great stay! The pool was bigger than expected and the views were beautiful. Had a few visits from the local birds and enjoyed the concert at the amphitheater, which was only 5 mins away!

Great location, everything you need

We had an event we were attending at the amphitheater near by. This a great house right on the lake. Nice pool, nice dock. Everything you need is at the house. 5 minute drive to amphitheater without having to get on any interstates. Owner is great and very responsive.

Loved the Pool

The house was awesome. It was clean and had all the items we needed. Having a pool made the trip even better. I will definitely be staying at this house on my next trip to Tampa.

Great Location, Great Stay

I took my kids and they had a good time. The pool was nice. We were to scared to canoe but it's there for you to enjoy. The host allowed us to check in early and check out late. The location is near shopping areas. No issues at all. I would recommend. We stayed for almost a week.

Nice kept secret

The home is in a wonderful location, very relaxing. It could use some upgrades, but the view and pool make up for that. Eric was very easy to contact and he responded in a timely manner. Me and my family enjoyed the home.

Older home on beautiful lake

Clean home with beautiful backyard and pool. Neighborhood felt safe and fairly quiet ( Highway noises in distance). Kitchen well stocked with pans/ utensils. Comfy beds.

Excellent Place to Stay

The host was great. Very responsive on answering questions. Swimming pool was wonderful after being in the hot and humid day of Florida. Main TV has Roku and Apple TV. Two bedrooms have Apple TV only. I went and purchased a Roku express for one of the bedrooms since we do not do Apple TV. Excellent place to vacation.

Peaceful

Stayed for 3 nights to be close to Tampa. Had everything we needed and a beautiful view. Enjoyed feeding the ducks in the backyard. It is an older property with updates. Very clean and everything in kitchen for cooking. Son had fun with the dart board in the carport and all enjoyed the screened in pool. Nice location. We had a nice time.

Hard Rock getaway 2023

Overall, we were satisfied with the property. The neighbors were quiet and friendly when we saw any. Short drive (or longer walk) to thr casino!! The only issues we had were the rear sliding door was a bit hard to open, the back patio was very warm with sun, so maybe a ceiling fan outside would have been nice. We, personally, were not fans of Roku Tv, but to each his own i suppose The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The pool was large and very relaxing. Thanks for a great stay!! We may return soon!

Visiting family

The location to family was perfect. Some outdates in the home and cosmetic touch ups, large gap under the door to the outside from laundry room. Lacking some basic cooking utensils which i purchased. The owner responds quickly to any household needs: there was a plumbing issue which he worked very digently to fix & provided access to rental next door to use the bathroom/shower. Pool cleaning service not very thorough: he spent 10 minutes tops. If the hose could be longer in the pool area it would allow the renter to clean off the surround screen which needs cleaning. There were many ants in the pool area. Cleaning services need to be better: many items left in drawers and closets including personal items, clothing, main bathroom had a full medicine cabinet as if someone was living there to include otc medicines, deodorant, cologne. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay.
