The home offers: 4 stories. 5 bedrooms 4 - 1/2 baths. 4th floor party deck with in cabinet refrigerator, sink and ice maker. 3 large king bedrooms with their own en suites and balconies. 1 queen bedroom and a 4 twin bunk bedroom. 1 queen hid-abed in lower small living room.

1st floor entry with small living area with kitchenette (in-cabinet refrigerator and sink). A full bath shared with separate 4 twin bunk room and separate Queen bedroom with back porch access.

2nd level offers large living-room, open kitchen, dining room with porch access and gas grill. Hall closet laundry room, 1/2 bath. Large king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and porch.

3rd floor offers 2 very large king bed rooms each with en-suite and each with porch.

4th level (party deck) offers gulf views seeing beautiful sunsets. Much larger patio seating, dining table and chairs, two sun lounges. Small cabinet with ice maker, refrigerator, and sink.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
