Our newly renovated home is ten minutes’ walk from the blue water and white sands of the Emerald Coast and is just steps away from many enticing shops and restaurants. When you enter our gated community, however, you will feel like you have left the excitement behind and stepped into the enchanting past of Old Florida. Enjoy the ambience of strolling our bucolic lanes as well as two pools and the views of the lake hidden behind the house.

We have tried to pay attention to every detail in designing a home that we hope will help you realize your vacation dream. After crossing the front porch, with four Adirondack chairs, enter an open floorplan that subtly blends calm, bold and bright colors and multiple textures. Gather around the large coffee table for a game or seat ten for dinner at the table and kitchen island. Revel in the luxurious and well-equipped kitchen (check out the glass tiles) while preparing your favorite meal or grinding beans for your coffee.

The first-floor bedroom offers a queen bed and a soothing view of the lake. A cot is provided in the closet. A bathroom with tub and shower is just across the hall.

After climbing the stairs, enter the spacious master bedroom to the left. It has a king-sized bed and offers a makeup table and private balcony with two rocking chairs. The private bathroom has a tub and a separate shower.

At the rear of the house, find the White Room. The view of the lake is stunning and the beauty of the room cannot be captured in photographs. Another king-sized bed makes it perfect for two couples or families sharing the house. It also has a makeup table. The bathroom is just across the hall and is shared with the adjacent bedroom.

The adjacent room is furnished as an office for those who are not able to completely get away from work. The spectacular view of the lake, however, helps make the task a little more pleasant. The sofa converts into a comfortable bed for guests who prefer to use the room as a bedroom. A cot is also provided in the closet.

Three bicycles are available for your use. Additional bikes as well as golf carts and beach gear can be rented near the entrance to the community.
