Easy walk to the beach,responsive staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay as usual in our favorite Santa Rosa beach area. House was an easy walk to the Ed Walline access. Lots of good eats and coffee shops close by. House downstairs has lots of room to hang out and eat at the table.Very clean. A few minor issues noticed upon arrival were taken care of within hours. Only real downside is not having a downstairs bedroom and all rooms being upstairs. Also would love to see some more decor on pictures on the wall. All in all very satisfied and good value.

Excellent Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this cottage stay. Had so much room, 3 bedrooms with an extra double bed in Main and big sofa in sitting room upstairs as well. Very clean, nice furtinure and kitchen was nicely stocked with all appliances and essentials. The location was close to the beach, 8 minute walk with some restaruants and ice cream shop and an upscale looking Alvin's close by as well. Such a wonderful place to stay. The only small quirk was the base floor of the showers creaked a bit when using. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a very nice stay with everything that you need out of a Vrbo. Short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants/bars! Would recommend.

The perfect home for our stay

I appreciated absolutely everything about this home. It looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean, and had nice furniture and decorations. The location was great, with just a short walk to the beaches. Would definately stay here again!

Great place and location! We enjoyed our stay and everything was within walking distance. Only thing was no swimming pool. Overall, I would stay here again.

Excellent Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved being able to walk to the beach in 10 minutes or bike in 5 min. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the linens supplied were abundant, the house clean. I've never had a rental that was more generous with "starter supplies"! It got quiet at night, and light from the plentiful windows was easily adjusted. We also enjoyed having an outdoor faucet to wash sand off before entering. I hope to stay here again! We rode bikes one evening to Red Fish Taco in Blue Mountain and enjoyed Blue Mountain Creamer two nights!

Running from hurricane Milton

We were in Sanibel Island and had to evacuate and started looking for a place on 30A and found this place. We booked it and had a great week in Santa Rosa. Perfect location and great weather for a last second place to stay.
