Sitting on the beautiful 17th hole golf course with a spectacular full bay view, this property is the perfect getaway location with loads of activities and restaurants to explore. The sugar white sand beachside of the resort is a 5 minute drive away from the property. From golf to Kayaking, chartered fishing trips and relaxing at the beach, their is something for everyone. This comfy and plush property is great for families, friends, or a couples getaway.

Loved My Stay

Mr. Tito was a perfect host! He was able to accommodate my family and I last minute booking and even allowed us to be able to check out a little later. A great place to stay with a pool in close distance.

Excellent property!! Beautiful surrounding

The house looks much better in person , is big and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was extremely close and basically empty all the time. The beach is really close as well. I am super happy with this rental.

Time away for my hard working daughters

The house was perfect for our family. It was not only beautiful but having a master bedroom downstairs was so imparted important for the seniors on the trip. The host was very responsive. The neighborhood was great.

Spacious! Perfect for Multiple families!

Very spacious house and home comes with perks of being on a resort. The only down fall is parking for more than one car. You can park at the pool if your lucky, which is close. Sometimes We had to park at the actual resort and someone had to drive us back to the house. Not far but a little bit of an inconvenience.

I loved the house; we loved it. My only two issues were the heat upstairs and no pool. Had the home had a private pool it would’ve been 1000% better/untouchable. We would freeze downstairs trying to cool the upstairs

Beautiful Townhome

The property itself is beautiful. Everyone had a great time. However, the pool required a code and there was no way to obtain the code. The pool was not heated so we did not pursue it after a couple of days of trying to figure out how to get the code. There were no departure instructions other than the time. Sandestin typically allows added benefits like bike rentals, kayaks, access to the fitness center., etc. There was no mention of these so I guess you just don’t get them with VRBO?

The condo was very nice overall with high ceilings, big rooms, and wonderful shaded patio, but it had clearly not been professionally cleaned. Sticky drink ring on bedside table, dead frog behind door, moldy filter left in coffee pot were most egregious things. It wasn't awful, still felt generally clean, just very obvious misses. The bigger issue was the lack of communication around the golf cart that led to us not being able to have one during our stay. I messaged about it before booking and was told I could rent from their neighbor. After I booked, I followed up at least 4 times to get the contact info to book the rental and was only given it 3 days before arriving. Their neighbor was also not responsive to basic questions (whether there was a weekly rate in particular), and when they did answer, just said the golf cart was booked. Given that golf carts can only be rented from property owners in sandestin, that meant we had to go without, which, if you know the community, you know is a huge drag. I did message the owner about t first day of my stay and they never reaponded. Overall, the property is great, but management was not.

23K Family vacation getaway( THE BIG DISAPPOINTMENT)

Recent stay; The host was very kind. Untill I replied to him with some of the issues we found out late in the day,the day before our scheduled departure.Everyone except the master bedroom was complaining of their backs hurting from sleeping in the beds.On the day stated above my daughter sat on the edge of her bed. The mattress flipped forward she hurt her knee which is still swollen. Underneath the bed were cans of paint that were being used to support the bed (twin beds supported which are in another room, supported by plywood) I brought this to attention of the host. We also took pictures of the roaches.The host in turn reported me to Vrbo,that I was attempt to exhort monies/harrassing him after I requested a refund ‌ Also roaches in the home crawling on me at night. We found a roach day one in the kitchen. At that time we didn’t see any more so we thought ok that’s it.Oh no More roaches throughout the downstairs. Old leak in the bathroom Noted water stains on the ceiling so that meant they knew before renting the property.Prior to reporting me to Vrbo,I have text were the host stated via text he was contacting the owners to see about a refund‌ nice home with hidden issues‌I don’t have enough room to tell it all!

This townhouse had not been cleaned and was filthy. There was sand and dirt on the tile throughout and white paint chips on all levels. The refrigerator, microwave oven and stove all needed cleaning. There were painting clothes? left in the dryer. The furniture was of poor quality and the eating/dining table rocked and was unstable. The towels for quest use were old and raggedy.The townhouse HVAC system was designed poorly so that it does not warm the lower level in cool weather. This unit is in need of major updating and has no value as it stands. The homeowner if he plans to continue tom rent this townhouse needs the assistance of a,professional rental management company to maintain the unit, cleaning prior to guest arrival and after departure including changing bedding and towels. We would not recommend rental of this townhouse to anyone.
