This apartment is cute and in a great location. There is great water pressure, a comfortable bed, plenty of street parking but the wifi signal did not support my phone or the TV. We could not stream anything on the TV or even watch local channels - the Roku kept saying "weak signal". Couldn't even access anything on our phones, pictures and pages could not download or refresh.... We were roaming the entire visit...this was a problem for us mostly at night time and when the rains came...we couldn't watch a movie or the news at all for 5 days withour roaming LTE. I contacted property management 4 times thru email, text, and the rental agency's feedback portal, and did not even get a response other than "I'll have my team look into it." No router to reset so this unit is sharing wifi with other unit(s) most likely. No booster or signal extender either. These are things that would make a stay more enjoyable so I do hope the management fixes the lack of wifi for future guests, and responds more quickly to guests' concerns. I think it would be honest to advertise the poor wifi situation upfront so renters know in advance. Other than this important issue, we were happy with our stay here.
