Guest Access:

✹ GENERAL: Your whole group can enjoy private access to the entire house.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for two vehicles in the large driveway. Free street parking is also available outside the home. Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk located to the right of the lobby. You will receive bracelets that grant access to the amenities, along with a parking pass that must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, a high chair, baby gates, and more.

✹ PETS: This is a pet-friendly property. Please inquire for more details.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Regal Palms Resort requires a mandatory resort fee of $20 per group per day. For example, a group of 8 people staying 5 days will pay a $100 resort fee plus tax. The resort fee is charged per group, not per person.

Other Things to Note:

✹ Starter items such as laundry detergent, a dishwasher pod, toiletries (shampoo, soap, and body wash), and K-Cups for the Keurig will be provided.

✹ Each bathroom will have a roll of toilet paper. Guests are responsible for providing their own if these supplies run out.

✹ A Publix Supermarket and CVS are conveniently located less than half a mile away for additional grocery and toiletry shopping.
No smoking is permitted indoors. If smoking is discovered, a penalty fee of $1,000 will be charged. Smoking is allowed outside. Two chairs are available on the back patio.

Upon arrival, guests must present a valid ID matching the reservation. A fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

DAMAGE PROTECTION: If you notice any damage or irregularities upon arrival, it is your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours. If any damage occurs during your stay, you must also report it. Our inspector will verify the damage within 48 hours after check-out, and a claim will be submitted to the accidental damage protection according to their Terms of Waiver. You agree to provide any information requested by the insurance company in good faith.

Late check-out must be approved in advance.

INTERNET: Complimentary Wi-Fi service is available at all properties. We cannot be held responsible for any service interruptions or slowdowns as the service is not under our control. However, we will ensure that the service provider is informed and taking appropriate action regarding any issues.

ATTORNEY'S FEES: If the landlord needs to employ an attorney due to the guest's violation of the terms and conditions, the guest will be responsible for all costs and reasonable attorney's fees, regardless of whether a lawsuit is filed. Both the landlord and guest waive the right to demand a jury trial for any litigation between them.
