The Space:
This home sports a large enclosed backyard (perfect for your 4-legged friends), a 6-person hot tub, outdoor games, outdoor patio with string lights, plenty of outdoor seating options, open views of the skies for stargazing, and a comfortable, cozy interior perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking or game nights with friends. SLEEPING:
Immerse yourself in the luxury of the desert in the primary bedroom featuring a comfortable king-sized bed. This spacious room offers grandeur and comfort with an ensuite bathroom, providing convenience and privacy. The secondary bedroom invites you to rest in style with a queen-sized bed with a second bathroom easily accessible in the hallway. There is also an air mattress available for extra guests to sleep in the living room.

OUTDOORS:
Unwind in the embrace of the desert breeze, soak in our private hot tub, and gather around the fire pit in the enclosed yard — Sidewinder is your playground in the desert. Your four-legged friends will love the freedom of the enclosed yard in this dog-friendly retreat. Outdoor bliss awaits with our spacious, tastefully lit patio featuring Joshua trees, where you can challenge your friends to a game of corn hole in the colorfully majestic desert sunset. As the stars come out, experience the thrilling enchantment of the desert night sky—perfect spot for stargazing in your very own backyard!

FEATURES:
We are eco-friendly and have a solar-powered home. This is a Smart Home equipped with e-locks for self check-in, hi-speed wifi, and Smart TV's. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with all of your travel necessities.

Our fully stocked kitchen includes a French press coffee maker, blender, BBQ utensils, cookware, plastic cups and plates for outdoor dining, family-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all of your cooking/baking necessities.

Other Things to Note:
PETS:
We are dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum! Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis and dog owners must agree to our pet rules before we can approve. We will request a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet. Please see our House Rules for more information.

EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Keep in mind there is an added $25/night Usage & Amenity fee (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest over the 4th to cover extra cleaning and amenity usage. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm.

HOT TUB:
The hot tub is set to 104 degrees for you.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 9pm. Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss. Sink into the sounds of desert solitude, quiet nights and quiet stars...

CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to the high desert cherish the most are clean air, mesmerizing night skies and the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem. 150 acres burned down the road because of one cigarette.

CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!

WASHER/DRYER & GARAGE:
We offer the convenience of a washer/dryer and garage for an additional $50 per week. If you'd like to use them, just send us a message after booking!

PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.

WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, squirrels and the endangered kangaroo mice.

NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER:
Our bookings are protected by SUPERHOG, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through SUPERHOG after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable $500 deposit (minus a $15 processing fee) or a non-refundable $35 damage waiver that covers any damage up to $500. Guests will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG via text with a URL link to start the verification process.

CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT:
Saturday check-ins and check-outs are not allowed. We may grant an exception to this for last-minute reservations.
