Set in the heart of the Dixon Park Neighborhood of Savannah's Historic District, the home is 4 blocks away from Forsyth Park and a block away from a Kroger Supermarket. The nearby Mate Factor serves great coffee while The Sentient Bean offers thoughtfully-sourced fare and frequent live events.

Uber has a strong presence in Savannah and most key locations are within a 5- minute Uber drive.

As you may have already noticed Savannah is booming! And not just as charming getaway destination, but as an economy. Thanks to manufacturing, the Port, and tourism (among several other factors), Savannah's economy is glowing!

The Present at Bolton is a four-unit condo building with two units on the ground level and two units on the second floor. All units have private front and rear entrances. The home boasts a large fenced in private back yard with fire pit that is shared by all guests staying at the property.

Parking: Free Assigned Parking and Free Street Parking
The Present at Bolton has assigned parking off the alley in the rear of the property. There is one assigned space per unit. Anyone with additional vehicles will need to park on the street in front of the unit. Street parking is free and is first come first served.

Check-in Time: 3:00 pm
The Present at Bolton uses self-check-in via your reservations boarding pass provided to all guests after booking is confirmed. Guest registration and Identification verification is required.

Check-out Time: 11:00 am

Housekeeping: The Present at Bolton does NOT provide daily housekeeping during your stay.

Special: Unit B and Unit C are located on the second floor and do have stairs to climb to access units.

TV: Smart TV provided with Apps. Guest must provide their own log-in and passwords to access Apps. Each unit has 2 TV's, one located in living room, and one located in rear bedroom.

Wi-Fi: The property has free 1-gigabyte highspeed internet service through Xfinity and is shared by all 4 units. Each unit has its own router.

Coffee-Maker: All units have Keurig Coffee Makers
