Adorable condo in a historic building right off Broughton Street. Steps from Leopold's ice cream and fine dining, shopping, bars and museums! Two bedrooms each with a King size bed.
Parking is either in public parking garages or on the public street. Metered street spots can be paid for via the Park Savannah App or getting a Day Pass from the City parking services office. Sundays are free on the street.

We had a wonderful girls weekend. This location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to experience. From the first time we stepped into the condo until we left we felt at home. It was so cute with 2 bedrooms, both with very comfortable king sized beds, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen was perfect too. We highly recommend this location.
This is a great location for all tourist things in the Historical District. Close to the River and close to all things south on Drayton & Whitaker. Home was clean, and fit the Historical area with decor and upkeep of home.
The place was the perfect size and very comfortable. The beds are huge and could probably fit three people comfortably. Every room had a fan which allowed us to keep the rooms at comfortable temperatures for different people. The place was clean and well stocked. None of the stocked amenities (shampoo, soap, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) were the standard cheap quality they were all better quality. The communication before checking in and after checking out was thorough. The location is close enough to walk to almost anywhere you want to go in Savannah so you shouldn't need a car. However it's far enough away to allow for a quiet night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and would gladly stay here again myself!
Great location within walking distance of River Street and many shopping and food locations. Beautiful park across the street and easy parking in the deck one block away. Quiet inside and limited noise from outside. Perfect size to relax and enjoy.
Loved this location, very close to my daughters apartment and all the shops on Broughton. The building was beautiful and the tenants super friendly. Almost always parking nearby too!
Cute, well-tended older (remodeled) condo close to everythingGreat location. The only negative was no on-site parking but the parking garage nearby was pretty reasonable. We could walk almost everywhere so did not need to have a car. Mattresses were soft and squishy which I donât consider a good thing and extra pillows would be a nice touch. There is some street noise at night (people not traffic) but did not affect our sleep much. Overall, nicely appointed and I highly recommend.
Clean property, easy check in, great communication with the property manager. And the best part was the ideal location for all the best places in Savannah.
We are Savannah natives and still reside here. This property was a perfect fit for an event in our Historic District. The renovations were beautifully done honoring the original building. Easy walk to any venue downtown. We would highly recommend this property.
A perfect place to stay and explore Savannah. It affords easy walks to historical sites and dining. There is a nice view of one of the historic squares. Parking was available on the street (with a 48hr parking pass) or in the parking garage across the street.I would book this apartment again
The location is awesome. Itâs absolutely walkable to everything. The bedrooms are a nice size, great ac. Itâs has a good size kitchen. Parking was very easy to find, we arrived midday Friday and we got a parking spot right outside our window.
I would stay here again but be prepared to hear some street nose and occasional boat horns off the River. Still a beautiful old building, so glad it is reserved and cared for .
Perfect location! We walked to pretty much everything we wanted to do. Water pressure was very week and definitely could use some mirrors in the bedrooms. We didn't do any cooking but from what I saw it could use some more pots and pans. But overall it was a great stay. I would definitely return and rent this place again.
Super cute place to stay. Everything is within a ten minute walk- including the river front. Beds are comfortable, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Itâs close to locally owned cafes and restaurants, which we took full advantage of. The square that is just steps away from this building is quiet and beautiful and at night it is well lit and blessedly free of any homelessâŠwhich is unusual for a square in Savannah, in general. So a major plus there. I would still give this place 5 stars- but there are some things people should know before renting. This apartment is ground level and at the front of the building. If you are looking for an uninterrupted nights sleep, the noise of ongoing tours, traffic and headlights are likely to keep you awake or keep waking you up until well after midnight. All of these nightly tours go past a point of interest that is adjacent to this specific apartment. I suggest an eye mask and noise canceling headphones for an average Saturday night. Water pressure in the shower is not great, but I think that is to be expected in a historic building. I would stay here again, just probably not over a weekend.
The condo was clean and neat, though we did encounter a few roaches. They were smaller roaches so not Palmetto bugs as I know are common in the south. There was construction happening in one of the other units a few doors down from our condo a couple days when we were there as well as a large open hole in the common area outside so that could have been why we saw them. Construction noise was noticeable but never too loud or bothersome. Host was prompt in responses and made check in a breeze. The keyless entry system was a nice way to avoid needing to worry about a key. I've visited the area a lot, but have always stayed at hotels so this was a nice change and is a great option for larger parties. I would suggest maybe a cabinet or another shelf in the bathroom as counter space is limited if you are traveling with more than two people. If I came back with more than one other person again I would consider a stay here again, the location was great and for us it was more cost effective than a hotel.
Nice and comfortable. Was worried about the parking, but it was easy in the garage which is right next door. It said $20 a day for parking but they charged us $41 after leaving the car in there for 72 hours. It was clean and surprisingly quiet since the sidewalk was right outside the condo.
