Gorgeous condo on top floor of a historic downtown building. Private balcony.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed
Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds. Remodeled bathroom is off hallway, convenient for both bedrooms
Kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, island & breakfast bar. Cable TV & Wifi. Central heat and air. Original historic heart of pine flooring throughout! This building does not have an elevator so you will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Parking is metered. This is free on nights and weekends. Weekdays require payment 8am to 5pm in the surrounding 1 block radius.

The condo has high speed wifi! Please note that 2 flights of stairs are required to reach this condo. There is no elevator. This is not suitable for any guests who have mobility limitations sorry! The private balcony is historic and the railing is lower than modern balconies. For this reason we ask that guests with young children not book this condo, or if they do please keep the balcony door locked and do not allow children on the balcony. All guests should use caution. This is a licensed STVR #00420

Very nice and so accommodating. We loved it there. Our only issue was the stairs (two of the ladies had some disabilities that made it difficult to climb). We absolutely loved it. Thank you!

It was hard to find some where to park. Did not like t you had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to room. The beds were not comfortable!

Perfect location

This condo is in a wonderful location. Many of Savanna’s “must sees” were only a few streets away. Jones Street is visible from the balcony. Forsyth Park is just down the street. St. John’s Basilica is just a few streets away. Parking was much easier than I expected. This is a great spot.

We had a great stay. It was clean and nice, as advertised, and we loved being able to walk everywhere from this very central location. The only thing I wished was different is that there was no shampoo in the bathroom; it seems like the kind of thing that should be standard!

Great 2 bedroom in historic Savannah

Clean and comfortable accommodations, great location just above Forsyth Park (not a bad location in downtown Savannah really) easily walkable to riverfront/everywhere. Able to find street parking on side streets. Easy check in/out and excellent communication with host. Thanks!

Beautiful and Felt like Home

This Vrbo was very clean and neat. It had everything we needed. We even played a couple games of Monopoly on our down time. The balcony was so relaxing and the night view was the best It was a close walk to Vic's coffee shop and restaurant which was very good. We had a fabulous time during our stay. We will book this Vrbo again.

Savannah Bliss!

The property was lovely & so accommodating. Everything you can think of for a trip away from home was provided! The location was ideal to experience all that Savannah has to offer in DT & surrounding areas. The coffee / home goods right across the street was an added bonus.

Old Southern Charm

The apartment was beautifully decorated to match the age of the building creating old southern charm. Everything works well. The beds were very comfortable and the owner has provided everything you could possibly require for a vacation. Parking was easy in the side streets. We walked to all the major attractions. This is a fabulous apartment.

Shortened Stay

This is an amazing property at a great price. We would have loved to stay longer but the AC broke and we needed to find another location. My only complaint was the lack of professionalism from the property manager “Mary”. If she was in my employ she would not be forward facing with paying customers. No courtesy what so ever. We received a full refund for the broken AC and miserable employee.

Bring everything you need.

The apartment is nice overall. There are a few things that need attention. Both of the chairs in the living room are wobbly and have unstable legs. The legs are no longer attached properly and it is a matter of time before they buckle and someone gets hurt. Also, the kitchen has pots and pans, but that is pretty much all there is. If you plan on cooking, come prepared. The bathroom is also pretty bare. There is no blow dryer and no toiletries at all, so if you forget something, you will be out of luck. There were only 4 towels and 4 wash cloths, after that, you will need to do laundry. And hopefully, you brought laundry detergent from home, because they do not provide any. Lastly, the twin bed closest to the bedroom door does not sit on the frame correctly. The frame sticks out way past the mattress at the end and makes it hard to maneuver around the room. I can't tell you how many bruises I have on my shin from that bed frame. The apartment was clean and the building was nice overall. If you made a few upgrades and additions, this would be perfect!

What a great place! We’ve done a lot of rentals in downtown Savannah and this is one of the better locations. It was very close to many restaurants and shops- including two of our favorites: Gryphon Tea Room and E. Shaver’s book store. You can definitely park and walk anywhere of interest. The condo was immaculately clean and well stocked. The inside is very spacious also. I would definitely book this again!!
