Christine's Classic Savannah Condo With Balcony!

Gorgeous condo on top floor of a historic downtown building. Private balcony.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed
Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds. Remodeled bathroom is off hallway, convenient for both bedrooms
Kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, island & breakfast bar. Cable TV & Wifi. Central heat and air. Original historic heart of pine flooring throughout! This building does not have an elevator so you will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Parking is metered. This is free on nights and weekends. Weekdays require payment 8am to 5pm in the surrounding 1 block radius.

The condo has high speed wifi! Please note that 2 flights of stairs are required to reach this condo. There is no elevator. This is not suitable for any guests who have mobility limitations sorry! The private balcony is historic and the railing is lower than modern balconies. For this reason we ask that guests with young children not book this condo, or if they do please keep the balcony door locked and do not allow children on the balcony. All guests should use caution. This is a licensed STVR #00420

What a great place! We’ve done a lot of rentals in downtown Savannah and this is one of the better locations. It was very close to many restaurants and shops- including two of our favorites: Gryphon Tea Room and E. Shaver’s book store. You can definitely park and walk anywhere of interest. The condo was immaculately clean and well stocked. The inside is very spacious also. I would definitely book this again!!

Very nice and so accommodating. We loved it there. Our only issue was the stairs (two of the ladies had some disabilities that made it difficult to climb). We absolutely loved it. Thank you!

It was hard to find some where to park. Did not like t you had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to room. The beds were not comfortable!

We loved your condo! So very pretty, the decor and old style architecture. Updated very nicely. Bed slept well. Kitchen very functional. Loved sitting out on the balcony. So convenient to walking to so many downtown sights and venues. Couple of points to mention , the light in the queen bedroom, does t come on fully. Bathroom sink drain is not draining properly, fills in sink immediately. Shower head pressure seems low, perhaps needs cleaning or replace head (?). Upon leaving, we left a paper towel on floor in kitchen where there is a nail head lifting up. These were noted by us, didn't detract from our fabulous stay, but it could cause others to be negative in reviews, not us , we loved our stay! We celebrated our 36th anniversary, staying at your Savannah condo made it extra special!

Condo was great , but dried food on sink counter, pillows werent great ,secondary bedroom pillow had blood on it, not a great feeling knowing i used the pillow

Great place in Historic Area

We had a overnight stay in Savannah on our way to Amelia Island. We planned to sightsee and do a ghost tour but it was raining cats and dogs. We took the short walk to Forsyth park and then down to the river.The apartment is surprisingly large. The beds are comfortable. The apartment was very clean. We wished we could stay longer.

Perfect location

This condo is in a wonderful location. Many of Savanna’s “must sees” were only a few streets away. Jones Street is visible from the balcony. Forsyth Park is just down the street. St. John’s Basilica is just a few streets away. Parking was much easier than I expected. This is a great spot.

Great location in a beautiful city

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this condo. It was one block from the free trolley which takes you into town. Also within a block either direction are 2 of the charming parks of Savannah. The host was very prompt to respond to all messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Sister’s Trip

My sisters and I stayed here during our sister’s trip to Savannah. It was a perfect location! Plenty of shops and restaurants right down the street or a brief walk! The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. We loved the comfy towels in the bathroom.
