Attention – This property is undergoing work to the exterior of the property. The properties exterior has been primed and will be in this state until May 6. From May 6 to May 31 the properties exterior will be painted. During the period of May 6 to May 31, there will be workers present on the property Monday through Friday starting at 8 am and wrapping up each day at 6 pm. There will be equipment at the property throughout the project. During the May 6 to May 31 period, they will have plastic covering the windows and other exterior items as they paint. We have been ensured at no time will this affect your ability to access you unit. The interiors of the units will not be affected and will be as shown in the photos and descriptions. Due to the inconvenience this may cause our guests, we have already adjusted the pricing for the unit to accommodate for the work being done. Enjoy stepping back in time in this grand Savannah estate. Stroll through our lovely courtyard, and explore Savannah right out the front door. The perfect retreat for your Southern getaway.

This estate is truly a piece of Savannah history and has maintained so many original details, including antique heart pine floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, fireplaces, and so much more. Despite these beautiful nods to the past, there are also so many modern updates including the stainless steel appliances inside of the large and completely updated kitchen, comfortable beds with luxurious linens, and a gorgeous bathroom renovation! Your space is half of the main house and is completely private.

The other half of the house is completely separate, so there are no shared spaces, it is all yours! Although separate and private, sound can travel between units. You are also welcome to take advantage of the incredible shared outdoor space, including the perfectly manicured garden and courtyard. The 5 units can be bundled together for larger families or groups, please inquire for availability.

This elegant estate is located directly on the famous Forsyth Park, in the heart of the Victorian District. You are within walking distance of amazing architecture, tours, museums, restaurants, and shopping.

We highly recommend walking around town or renting a bicycle in order to fully appreciate our lovely Southern weather!

Please note: The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor of the home. The stairs are the original butler's staircase and are QUITE steep. We do not recommend this space for individuals that have mobility issues or other trouble navigating steep staircases.

Parking: Free Street Parking
The Present at Park does have two private parking spaces located off the alley in the rear of the property. These spots are offered on a first come, first served basis. All other parking is street parking in front of and around the property and is free for everyone. Please note, on Saturday mornings to early afternoon Forsyth Park hosts a Farmers Market and the area is very busy. Street spots can be hard to find during this time.

The Present at Park uses self-check-in via your reservations boarding pass provided to all guests after booking is confirmed. Guest registration and identification verification required.

Housekeeping: The Present at Park does NOT provide daily housekeeping during your stay.

Important Information:

Special: This unit does have exterior stairs to climb to access it. Inside the unit, both bedrooms are located on the second floor. This unit's interior stairs are very narrow and steep. We recommend anyone with health troubles or difficulty climbing stairs to consider one of our other units at this property such as Abercorn or Chippewa.

TV: Smart TV provided with Apps. Guest must provide their own log-in and passwords to access Apps. This unit has one TV located in living room

Wi-Fi: The property has free 1-gigabyte highspeed internet service through Xfinity and is shared by all five units. Each unit has its own router.

Coffee-Maker: Unit has a Keurig Coffee Maker with both pod system and drip coffee maker
