The house can accommodate up to 18 guests in its 9 bedrooms, which include 11 beds and 7 bathrooms, 4 of which are ensuite. The bedrooms are expertly designed, and some have themes such as Beauty and the Beast, 101 Dalmatians, Transformers, and more, to delight guests of all ages! The ground level of the home has a King bedroom with en-suite bathroom; a Queen bedroom; and another Queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another King bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, another bedroom with two twin beds, this time with an en-suite bathroom; another King bedroom; and a bedroom with bunk beds. All the bedrooms have their own unique designs and three have their own Smart TV with complimentary high speed internet access throughout the house.

The best part of the house is the lake facing screened-in back patio. You get added privacy without any rear facing neighbours! Plus, it has a private swimming pool and a spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. There's a covered outdoor dining area with seating for up to 8, which is perfect since you can add BBQ to your menu since you've got your own private grill to cook on. We've even put in a gas fire-table to cozy up around at night. You can swim, soak, dine, grill, and roast marshmallows under the stars, while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake.

The garage has been converted into a private games room with table tennis and billiards, where you can challenge your crew to some friendly competition.

Moving inside, the kitchen is a chef’s dream, with high end stainless steel appliances, a large dining table (seating for up to 8), and a kitchen island (seating for up to 4). We've loaded it with not one, but two full sized fridge/freezer combo units to keep everyone's snacks handy! And when you're done cooking, there's TWO large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean up!

Kick back and relax in the living room, there's plenty of comfy seating! • Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. There is additional parking available at the clubhouse. Please note there is a 6 vehicle maximum per household and buses, RVs, trailers and boats are prohibited in the community.
