Very clean and close to the beach!

This condo was very clean and well kept! The dishwasher’s top sprayer was off and just placed in the dishwasher and we didn’t realize it until the end of our stay (we hand washed most of our dishes) but getting in contact with the owners was quick, easy, and hassle free to make them aware. The owners also had laundry pods, dish detergent, and dish washer pods there for us so it was one less thing we had to worry about! We would 100% come back to this! The location is perfect and it was a flawless stay!

Great condo (Host), poorly kept property

I would definitely rent again from this host. However, the pictures with the rental ad only show part of the scenario. Pros: Area is quiet, mostly families Condo is very clean, attractive beach theme decor Beds have comfortable mattresses providing a great sleep Large TVs that offer basic Roku streaming (no traditional cable) Kitchen is well stocked. Combo washer/dryer appliance is available A short walk to beach Customer Service for the host is polite has quick response to calls & attempts to resolve any concerns Cons: Most of the encountered issues & concerns were not host responsibilities but were of the property management team of Villas on the Gulf. I have shared these items with the Host directly prior to this review. During the booking process, it was not noted that the condo was located essentially on the third floor. There are 14 stairs to each floor that are made with weathered & warped wood making it very difficult to carry suitcases to condo. There is a photo in the rental ad of the stairwell to the balcony. While this stairwell technically could be used, it was not safe/steady. The Villas on the Gulf property& stairwells had litter, dirty clothing scattered,Grass needed to be mowed.A water feature with a warped walkway was overgrown. The area will be an insect breeding ground this summer if not cleaned up. The beach cannot be seen from condo & no directional signs for the short walk to it. Wi-Fi provided didn’t work.
