Unfortunately the smells in the lobby and in our condo were not the best at all. And overall the condo was not as nice as the pictures portrayed. Our air unit until struggled to keep the condo cool. The lobby was very muggy and stinky. For what we payed and what we actually got, we will definitely not be returning.

Great location. Always love staying at regency because it is quiet. Great view. Room was very spacious. Areas of opportunity: add a rug to entryways and next to beds to help with sand accumulation. I would stay here again!

We had a great stay at this condo in Pensacola! The beachfront views were absolutely beautiful, and the condo was clean, quiet, and very well stocked. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and made it easy to relax.One thing to note—the AC didn’t cool properly, and it did get pretty warm inside. There were box fans that helped some, but in hotter months this could be uncomfortable for some guests. We also had a patio chair break during our stay and reached out to the host.Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would still consider staying again!

The cleanliness of the room was terrible.Pull out couch was absolutely disgusting. Stains/mold.Dirty kleenex in coffee table drawers.Door handles were filthy.Tubs/showers/sinks were dirty.Pots and pans were not clean.Outside patio area was not swept.No rug in livibg area.No outlet covers for infants toddlers.Air conditioning was minimal.Lobby entrance dirty.Elevators filthy.Pool area unkept.We left a day early, due to not being comfortable, which made our stay very short.Overall, not a relaxing enjoyable place to stay. We will not be staying at this property again, even though we have been staying there for four years now. This property has really gone downhill with upkeep and cleanliness.

Property was as advertised and worth the price.

This property had everything we needed and the view of the beach was great! The proximity to the pool was ideal for the kids and it was only a very short walk to the beach. I'd definitely recommend this unit for others.

Great view of the beach

The property had great location and easy access to the beach. Great view of the ocean and beach. Only complaint would be the condo needed updated and there was no laundry available on site.

Have stayed at Regency Tower 3 other times, this stay was our least favorite. The other properties were much more “homey”. I think being run by a property management company takes away from the experience. The entry codes were unavailable until exactly 4 pm, after arriving slightly early we had wait to enter the property. We got there and right away the blinds wouldn’t open and couldn’t enjoy the view of the ocean. They sent someone to fix it, but they were unable to complete the repair before we left.

The room had easy check in, was clean and had wonderful views of the beach. The concern with the room was the A/C. Even while taking all reasonable steps to keep the room cool, the temp in the room was never noted to get below 73 degrees. When cooking occurred or evening baths were taken the room was no less than 74/75 degrees. Box fans, provided with the room, were used the entire stay to make the room feel more comfortable, but failed to keep the room at temps experienced with many other units we have stayed over the years.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be wonderful. It was clean with everything we needed. My only complaint was no washer and dryer. The towels, blinds and shower curtains need updating.

June getaway

Everything was absolutely great except for the big stain in one of the twin beds in the second bedroom and the chip clip holding the shower curtain in the master bath.
