Welcome to your perfect vacation rental! This spacious family friendly home is located a mere 8 minutes from Bethany Beach and Boardwalk! In your down time from fun in the sun at the beach, enjoy the many ammenities this community home has to offer, including sparkling pools, exercise room, and sauna. Or perhaps you can unwind spending a quiet afternoon reading your favorite book in our flex room. Brought the whole family? Great! Cook a meal fit for a king in our fully updated kitchen! For your convenience, it opens into the dining and family rooms complete with cozy fireplace and fluffy couches and flat screen TV. On the nights where you are taking a break from the boardwalk or mini golf in town, challenge the kids to a game night! Perhaps a foosball or Nintendo switch tournament in our game room! After the kids go to bed, grab some blankets and a glass of wine and sit under the stars on our flagstone patio! There are 4 additional bedrooms and 2 full baths as well. Home is also equipped with a Weber propane grill, Graco pack n play as well as a highchair. Enjoy the outdoor shower after those sandy beach days. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Community has a lot to offer - Shared clubhouse, outdoor pool, playground, sauna, steam room, pickle ball and basketball courts, gym, game room, 2 pool tables, walking paths and a weekend shuttle to the beach during summer season!

Indoor pool for owner use only. Tennis can be found in neighboring associations for a fee. Amenities are not included. You can purchase wristbands for anyone over 6 years of age at the clubhouse for $38 per person per week.
Garage is not for renters use.
