Comfortable + Coastal 5 Br Home in Ocean View Beach Club - 5min to Bethany Beach

Welcome to our beautiful home in amenity rich Ocean View Beach Club, 5 minutes away from Bethany Beach. Our home has everything you need for a place to relax after a long day at the beach. Bring the whole family and enjoy time together and make memories that will last forever.

As you enter, relax - you are finally at the the beach! You will see an office to your right, as a fully designated space if you need to bring work with you. Enter the main first floor area where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful dining area and a well designed living space embodying modern coastal vibes. There is a half bathroom on the first floor as well.

Now let's head over to our bedrooms! With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, you will have the space to feel your most comfortable. All 5 bedrooms have everything you need to get a good night's rest. Our furniture is all brand new with very comfortable gel foam mattresses. Master bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed, tv and en suite.

Now let's head on upstairs where you will find our 2nd floor large living space. With a big screen tv and dream like sofa, you can really unwind and have the room to play or relax. Bring a book and take a seat in the egg chair looking out the window and sipping on a cup of tea.

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. The "kids corner" consists of one bedroom with two twin beds and another bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, which makes it so much more fun for a kids' sleepover. One full bathroom for these two bedrooms to share.

The other side consists of two bedrooms, each designed with very comfortable Queen sized mattresses and neutral, coastal tones - creating peaceful spaces. One full bathroom for these two bedrooms to share.

The community is a wonderful place to enjoy a family vacation. The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and stays open until around October. The beach shuttle runs from Friday-Sunday (including Monday holidays). The club room has a full service gym, steam room, sauna, massage upon request (for a paid fee) and classes as well! Outside, there is a basketball court, tennis and pickle-ball. There are plenty of social events during the year. Feel free to bring your bikes and enjoy the community and local trails. Make sure to check out all the wonderful restaurants as well. Our home has a guidebook that we have compiled with our favorite places to eat and things to do!

There is a resort fee of $35 per person for the entire week (ages 6 and under are free) to use the amenities. Payment must be rendered directly at the Clubhouse by credit card upon arrival. Linens are available for an additional fee, otherwise feel free to bring your own or conveniently rent from SheetsAtTheBeach.com

Once booking is confirmed, we will send you a rental agreement of property and HOA rules and info, which must be signed
